    • Termination of access without refund.

    • Legal action for reputational harm and recovery of damages.

4. Payment Terms & Chargeback Policy

  • All sales are final and non-refundable.

  • No cancellations, refunds, or reversals will be honored.

  • Initiating a chargeback or dispute will result in:

    • Immediate termination of access.

    • A $5,000 chargeback penalty plus legal and collection costs.

    • Reporting to payment processors and potential referral to collections.

8. Fraud & Scam Prevention
