Immediate termination of access without refund.
A minimum $5,000 penalty per violation, plus recovery of damages.

2. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
By purchasing any product, service, or program, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary materials, strategies, contacts, and resources shared with you.
This NDA is binding in perpetuity, even after your access or program ends.
You may not use any Confidential Information to create competing products, training, or services.
Any breach will result in legal action, damages, and permanent loss of access to all Rich Journeys LLC products and communities.
3. Defamation & Public Conduct Policy
You agree to maintain respectful and professional communication regarding Rich Journeys LLC, its leadership, and its affiliates.
You will not make any false, misleading, defamatory, or disparaging statements publicly or privately.
Violations of this policy will result in:
Termination of access without refund.
Legal action for reputational harm and recovery of damages.

4. Payment Terms & Chargeback Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable.
No cancellations, refunds, or reversals will be honored.
Initiating a chargeback or dispute will result in:
Immediate termination of access.
A $5,000 chargeback penalty plus legal and collection costs.
Reporting to payment processors and potential referral to collections.
5. Program & Product Access
Access is granted only to the original purchaser.
All required agreements, forms, and onboarding documents must be completed before services begin.
For digital products, access is granted immediately upon payment to the email provided at checkout.
Sharing or transferring access is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal without refund.
6. No Guarantees
Rich Journeys LLC makes no guarantees of income, contracts, or specific results. Success depends on your participation, market demand, and effort.
7. Testimonials, Feedback, and Content Use
By providing testimonials, reviews, or feedback, you grant Rich Journeys LLC full rights to use them for marketing and promotional purposes without additional consent or compensation.
8. Fraud & Scam Prevention
Due to the rise of scam accounts pretending to be Rich Journeys LLC, we do not issue refunds for purchases made through fraudulent or fake accounts.

9. Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and handled in Fulton County, GA.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rich Journeys LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of our site, products, or services, or from your breach of this Agreement.
