So About Last Night.. I have been waiting all day to post something but wanted to wait until I wasn't in between things. I start with that because I have literally been thinking about last night all day!!! I know last night I said I was knocked out but Larissa you were definitely right (I had no doubt lol) that my subconscious was present. I had this very strong feeling in the shower last night that, "No, I was not asleep. I had some kind of download and I'm still figuring out what that is." As I sit here writing this, what's also coming out is I also released something(s). Temperature- I was very hot, like I'm in a sauna fully clothed kind of hot. After my warm -cold shower, still fairly warm overall but not how I was during the zoom. I also remember feeling like my teeth were vibrating... I drank about 3.5 bottles of water last night before going to bed, and drank more than my "normal" amount today. (Definitely not complaining though) Headache - it started to ease up as I was falling asleep, gone this morning. I'm looking forward to meditating tonight since I didn't get a chance to do so this morning. Speaking of sleep- Did anyone else sleep like a baby last night?! I was nicer to myself this morning with getting up even though I woke up "late", I remembered to be a bit more gentle with myself after last night. I felt more relaxed today too. Things that normally would've frustrated or annoyed me = "water off a ducks back" (I think that's the saying) Anyways, I felt like I had more patience and grace, which CAN ALWAYS use that in general! Anyways, if this is one of my downloads, I am all for it!!! This post ended up being a bit longer than I planned...but I just wanted to share some of my experiences, especially since some of us had a similar one. I'm looking forward to what else comes through these next few days. I also can't wait to see the recording to see how much my conscious mind missed!
