Revive Tribe is a local community for moms who want to strengthen their faith, wellness, motherhood, and connection, without having to leave their children behind to do it.

For 90 minutes, we'll step outside together, move our bodies, slow down, connect with other moms, encourage one another in faith, and create space to care for the woman behind the motherhood.

Babies + children are welcome. Come exactly as you are.

📍Gatherings will be held outdoors in the Lake Elsinore + surrounding Southwest Riverside County area, with locations selected throughout the local community. We welcome women from Lake Elsinore, Temescal Valley, Corona, Canyon Lake, Wildomar, Murrieta, Temecula + surrounding areas.
Exact outdoor location shared privately with registered attendees.

REVIVE TRIBE PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE OF LIABILITY & PARENT/GUARDIAN ACKNOWLEDGMENT PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS AGREEMENT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. In consideration for being permitted to participate in a Revive Tribe gathering, meetup, movement session, community event, or related activity (“Activities”), I acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION I understand that my participation in Revive Tribe Activities is entirely voluntary. Revive Tribe gatherings may include, but are not limited to, walking, stretching, mobility exercises, bodyweight exercises, resistance exercises, strength-oriented movements, carrying movements, recreational activities, outdoor activities, group discussions, prayer, family activities, and other forms of physical movement. I understand that I am never required to perform any particular movement or activity and may modify, decline, pause, or discontinue participation at any time. 2. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK I understand that participation in physical, recreational, and outdoor activities involves inherent and other risks of injury. Such risks may include, without limitation, falls; slips; trips; collisions; muscle strains; sprains; fractures; overexertion; dehydration; heat-related illness; adverse weather conditions; uneven terrain; interaction with equipment, other participants, children, animals, insects, plants, or environmental conditions; and other foreseeable or unforeseeable injuries associated with physical activity or participation in an outdoor gathering. I knowingly and voluntarily assume the risks associated with my participation in the Activities, including risks arising from the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties to the fullest extent permitted by California law. 3. HEALTH AND FITNESS ACKNOWLEDGMENT I understand that Revive Tribe does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, physical therapy, rehabilitation, or individualized medical treatment. I am responsible for determining whether I am physically capable of safely participating. I agree to exercise reasonable judgment regarding my own health and physical abilities and to stop participating if I experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath beyond normal exertion, weakness, illness, or any other concerning symptom. If I am pregnant, postpartum, recovering from injury or surgery, have a medical condition, or have any concern regarding my ability to participate safely, I understand that I should consult an appropriate qualified healthcare professional before participating. 4. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY CALIFORNIA LAW, I, FOR MYSELF AND MY HEIRS, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, ESTATE, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS, HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, AND DISCHARGE REVIVE TRIBE, ITS OWNER(S), ORGANIZER(S), INSTRUCTOR(S), VOLUNTEER(S), REPRESENTATIVE(S), AGENT(S), CONTRACTOR(S), AND, TO THE EXTENT APPLICABLE, THE OWNER OR OPERATOR OF THE PROPERTY OR LOCATION AT WHICH THE ACTIVITIES OCCUR (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO MY PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF A RELEASED PARTY, TO THE EXTENT SUCH CLAIMS MAY LAWFULLY BE RELEASED UNDER CALIFORNIA LAW. I understand that this provision is intended to include claims involving ordinary negligence, including ordinary negligence relating to the organization, instruction, supervision, condition of equipment, or premises associated with the Activities, to the extent permitted by law. THIS RELEASE IS NOT INTENDED TO, AND DOES NOT, RELEASE ANY CLAIM THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE RELEASED UNDER CALIFORNIA LAW, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR GROSS NEGLIGENCE, RECKLESS OR INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT WHERE SUCH LIABILITY CANNOT LEGALLY BE WAIVED. 5. CHILDREN AND PARENT/GUARDIAN RESPONSIBILITY I understand that children may be present at Revive Tribe gatherings. I understand and expressly acknowledge that: REVIVE TRIBE DOES NOT PROVIDE CHILDCARE, CHILD SUPERVISION, OR BABYSITTING SERVICES. If I bring a child or children to a gathering, I remain solely responsible for their care, custody, supervision, behavior, safety, and needs throughout the gathering. I agree to keep my child or children within an appropriate distance and under my supervision based upon their ages, abilities, surroundings, and activities. I understand that the presence of other adults, volunteers, participants, or children does not transfer responsibility for supervising my child to Revive Tribe or another participant. I understand that outdoor environments may contain hazards including playground equipment, streets, parking areas, bodies of water, uneven terrain, animals, insects, plants, weather conditions, sports or exercise equipment, and other environmental hazards. 6. PARTICIPATION OF MY CHILDREN If my child voluntarily participates in any family movement, game, recreational activity, or other Revive Tribe Activity, I represent that I am the child's parent or legal guardian or otherwise have legal authority to consent to the child's participation. I understand that such activities may involve inherent and other risks of injury. To the fullest extent permitted by California law, I knowingly assume the risks associated with my child's participation and agree to supervise my child throughout such participation. I understand that the legal enforceability of releases involving minors may differ from releases involving adults, and nothing in this Agreement is intended to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived. 7. PERSONAL PROPERTY I am responsible for my own belongings and those of my children. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revive Tribe is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought to a gathering. 8. EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE If I or my child appears to require emergency assistance and I am unable to provide or request it myself, I authorize Revive Tribe representatives to contact 911 or other emergency responders. I understand that Revive Tribe does not guarantee the availability of medical personnel or medical services at its gatherings. I remain responsible for medical and emergency expenses incurred by me or my child to the extent provided by law. 9. CALIFORNIA LAW This Agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of California. If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, I intend that the remaining provisions continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. 10. ACKNOWLEDGMENT By electronically signing or affirmatively accepting this Agreement, I acknowledge that: I am at least 18 years old. I have carefully read this Agreement. I understand its contents. I understand that participation is voluntary. I understand that physical and outdoor activities involve risk. I understand that Revive Tribe does not provide childcare. . I remain responsible for supervising any children I bring. I understand that this Agreement contains an assumption of risk and release of certain legal claims. I have had the opportunity to ask questions before agreeing. I voluntarily agree to its terms.
PHOTO & VIDEO AUTHORIZATION This section is optional and is not required to participate in Revive Tribe. I authorize Revive Tribe to photograph and/or record and to use approved photographs or recordings for Revive Tribe's website, social media, promotional materials, educational materials, and other business or community communications for:
