In essence, fill out a Description row the corresponds to the Key word row with a word or short phrase. Do some steps of BA (actually meeting industry people is best) then come back to the SRM and fill out another Description row. Feel free to add more Descriptions and Key words as you see fit. Read the directions in Worksheet tab.
The Database helps you to:
keep track of those people who accepted your social media or email request
have a next action and date of that next action
move positively toward a job interview
