Purchases & Digital Products
We sell digital products, educational resources and 1:1 services. Digital products are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, reproduced or resold without written permission.
Payments & Delivery
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Digital products are delivered electronically.
Withdrawal & Refunds
Consumers retain all mandatory rights under Italian and EU consumer law. Where digital content is supplied immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal may cease once delivery begins where the customer has expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the consequent loss of the right of withdrawal, as permitted by applicable law.
1:1 Consultations
Consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting us at least 48 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows may not be refundable, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
Privacy Policy
BLOGVIALIFE DI SANAA SABIL processes personal data necessary to manage purchases, payments, customer support, bookings and legal or accounting obligations. Data may include contact, order, billing and transaction information. Payment information may be processed by payment providers such as Stripe.

Data is retained only for as long as necessary for these purposes and applicable legal obligations and may be shared with service providers where necessary to operate our business.
