Terms & Conditions for Working With Sabrina Dawn
Applicable to all Oracle Readings, Sacred Fusion Sessions, Energy Work, Integration Workbooks, Rituals, and Digital Offerings.
1. Overview
By purchasing or engaging with any offering from Sabrina Dawn – including Oracle Readings, Sacred Fusion sessions, Energy Work, integration workbooks, ritual based guidance, digital resources – you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These guidelines ensure that every container is held with clarity, integrity, and mutual respect.
All offerings are spiritual, intuitive, and reflective in nature. They are designed to support personal insight, energetic recalibration, self-awareness, and self-development. They do not replace professional medical, legal, mental health, or financial services.
2. Nature of the Work
All sessions and resources are intended for personal growth, reflection, and energetic alignment.
No offering guarantees specific outcomes, predictions, or results.
You remain fully responsible for your choices, interpretations, and actions following any session or use of any resource.
Sabrina does not read on medical diagnoses, legal matters, pregnancy, or third-party spying (e.g., “What is this person thinking/doing?”).
All guidance is offered with respect for your sovereignty and your capacity to make aligned decisions.
3. Booking & Delivery of Services
Live Sessions (Oracle Readings, Sacred Fusion, Descent & Return, etc.)
· Sessions are delivered remotely via online meeting or voice-note transmission.
· You will receive confirmation and any preparation details after booking.
· Sabrina reserves the right to reschedule a session if unforeseen circumstances arise, with as much notice as possible.
Digital Products (Workbooks, Ritual Guides, Oracle Spreads, Audio Resources, etc.)
· Digital products are delivered instantly or within the stated timeframe.
· All digital items are non-refundable once delivered due to the nature of downloadable content.
4. Rescheduling Policy
To honor the energetic preparation and time required for each session:
· A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.
· Requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are considered a late reschedule and treated the same as a cancellation (see below).
· True emergencies will be handled with compassion, understanding and assessed individually.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Client – Initiated Cancellations
· Cancellations make 48+ hours before the session may be refunded or rescheduled.
· Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless a true emergency is communicated.
No-Show Policy
· If you do not attend your scheduled session and no communication is received, the session is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
Refunds for Completed Sessions
· Once a session has been delivered (live or via voice note), no refunds are offered.
· If a technical issue prevents delivery, Sabrina will ensure the reading is re-delivered or rescheduled at no additional cost.
Refunds for Digital Products
· All digital items – including workbooks, guides, spreads, and audio resources – are non-refundable once delivered.
6. Ethical Boundaries
· Sabrina maintains strict ethical standards in all intuitive and ritual-based work.
· She does not provide guidance intended to manipulate others, invade privacy, or bypass personal responsibility.
· All sessions are held in a field of sovereignty, consent, and right relationship.
7. Client Responsibility
By engaging with any offering, you acknowledge that:
· You are emotionally and mentally capable of receiving intuitive or energetic guidance.
· You understand that the work is reflective, not directive.
· You will not use the offerings as a substitute for professional services.
· You enter the container with respect, openness, and personal accountability.
8. Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions is held in strict confidence. Your readings, voice notes, or personal details will never be shared publicly without your explicit permission.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials, voice notes, rituals, spreads, workbooks, and written or recorded content provided by Sabrina remain her intellectual property. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written consent.
10.Right to Refuse Service
Sabrina reserves the right to decline or discontinue service if:
· A client is disrespectful, abusive, or violates energetic boundaries.
· The work requested falls outside ethical or spiritual alignment.
· The client is seeking predictive, third-party, or inappropriate guidance.
In such cases, a refund may be issued at Sabrina’s discretion if no service has been delivered.
