Booking Policy
By booking a session, you agree to the following terms:
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be accommodated, and the session may be forfeited.
No Refund Policy
All bookings are non-refundable. Once a session is purchased, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including missed appointments or late cancellations.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your session, the session will still end at the scheduled time and cannot be extended.
No-Show Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled session, it will be considered a no-show and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
