TERMS OF PURCHASE – THE WEALTHY MEDPRENEUR

These terms apply to every product, download, and service offered through this store by The Wealthy Medpreneur ("we," "us").
1. LICENSE. Each purchase or download gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for its intended purpose described below. You may not resell, share, copy, record, or redistribute any product or its materials. No purchase includes resell rights of any kind. All content belongs to The Wealthy Medpreneur.
2. DERMATOLOGY MA FOUNDATIONS (INDIVIDUAL). For your own personal education. You may not share your login. Guarantee: complete all 11 modules; if you don't feel prepared, email dermeducation@thewealthymedpreneur.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
3. CLINIC AND MULTI-LOCATION LICENSES. For training the purchasing clinic's own staff only. The Clinic License covers one clinic location and up to 10 staff members. The Multi-location License covers up to 3 clinic locations and up to 30 staff members. Each enrollment is for one named staff member. Quiz scores are shared with the clinic's designated training supervisor through a private, view-only report, and staff are told their scores will be shared. Payment plans are charged automatically each month; if a payment fails and is not resolved within 14 days, access may be paused. Because access is granted immediately, license sales are final.
4. FREE DOWNLOADS. Free guides are for your personal use and may not be resold or redistributed.
5. ALL OTHER PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. Any other digital product is for your personal use only and, because access is immediate, is final sale unless its product page states otherwise. Calls and sessions must be rescheduled or canceled at least 48 hours in advance by emailing dermeducation@thewealthymedpreneur.com; missed sessions are forfeited.
6. ACCESS. Courses include lifetime access for as long as we offer them, including future updates. If we stop offering a course, we will give at least 30 days' notice.
7. CERTIFICATE. The Certificate of Completion shows that the course was completed. It is not a state license, credential, or certification and does not expand anyone's scope of practice.
8. EDUCATIONAL USE. All products are for education only and are not medical or legal advice. Always follow your state's medical assistant scope-of-practice rules, your clinic's policies, and your providers' instructions. We do not guarantee employment, earnings, or any specific result.
9. ENDING ACCESS. If these terms are broken, for example by sharing or reselling a product, we may end access without a refund.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
11. GOVERNING LAW. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Honolulu, Hawaii.
