TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms cover your use of my website (sammycrockett.com) and my Stan Store (stan.store/SammyCrockett), and anything you get from me through them, including free resources, digital products and Tea and Clarity sessions. Please read them before you buy or download anything.
WHO I AM
My website and Stan Store are run by Samantha (Sammy) Crockett, a sole trader based in Victoria, Australia (ABN 54 330 179 276). "I", "me" and "my" means me, Sammy. "You" means you, the person using the site or buying from me. You can contact me at sammy@sammycrockett.com.
USING THIS WEBSITE
By using my website or buying through my Stan Store, you agree to these terms and my Privacy Policy. The key points of my Disclaimer are included at the end of these terms. The site and my products are for adults (18 and over).
Please use the site lawfully and respectfully. Don't try to hack, overload or interfere with it, or copy large parts of it.
I may update, change or pause parts of the website at any time. I'll do my best to keep it running, but I can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
YOUR RIGHTS UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
My products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded. You can read more about consumer guarantees on the ACCC website (accc.gov.au).
BUYING FROM ME (STAN STORE)
My products and sessions are sold through Stan Store, a third-party checkout platform. When you buy, you'll complete payment on Stan, and Stan's own terms and privacy policy also apply. Stan and its payment providers process your payment; I never see your full card details.
Prices are shown at checkout, in the currency displayed there. Your purchase is confirmed when your payment goes through and you receive your confirmation email or download.
FREE RESOURCES
My free resources (like the free guide and anything in the Freebies library) are for your own personal use or use in your own business. Please don't sell them, share the files publicly, or pass them off as your own. You're always welcome to share a link to my site so others can grab their own copy.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
When you buy a digital product (such as the Build Around Your Life Blueprint, FLOW: The Content Creator Trello Board, or a future Elf HQ library), you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself or your own business.
You can:
• download, print and use it as often as you like for yourself or your own business; and
• copy the FLOW Trello board into your own Trello account and adapt it to suit how you work.
You can't:
• resell, share, give away or upload the product (or a copy of it) for others to use;
• share your login or download link with people who haven't bought it; or
• turn it into your own product to sell.
The content, design, and branding of my products remain mine.
TEA AND CLARITY SESSIONS
Tea and Clarity is a one-on-one mentoring call with me. You book and pay through Stan Store.
• Rescheduling: you can reschedule once, as long as you let me know at least 24 hours before your session.
• Recording: sessions are held on Zoom and recorded so you can watch yours again afterwards. I'll send your recording to you and won't share it with anyone else. If you'd rather not be recorded, just tell me before we start.
• Missed sessions: if you don't turn up and haven't let me know, I may not be able to offer another time.
• If I need to reschedule: I'll give you as much notice as I can and offer you a new time, or a full refund if no new time suits.
• What it is: a supportive, practical conversation based on my own experience building a business around family life. It isn't legal, financial, tax, health or mental-health advice (see "Information, not advice" below).
REFUNDS
I want you to be happy with what you buy.
• Digital products and downloads: because you get instant access to the files, I don't offer change-of-mind refunds once a product has been delivered. If something is wrong with it (for example, a file won't open or isn't what was described), email me and I'll fix it, replace it, or refund you.
• Tea and Clarity: if you cancel at least 48 hours before your session, I'll give you a full refund. Within 48 hours, I'll offer to reschedule instead.
• Your consumer guarantee rights always apply, whatever this section says.
To ask for a refund, email sammy@sammycrockett.com with your name, the email you used to buy, the product and the date. I'll reply within 5 business days.
COMMUNITY SPACES
When The Lounge opens, it will have its own community guidelines and membership terms, which will apply alongside these terms.
YOUR CONTENT AND TESTIMONIALS
If you send me feedback, ideas or suggestions, I may use them to improve my work without paying you. I will only publish a testimonial, your name, photo or story with your clear permission, and you can ask me to remove it at any time.
MY CONTENT
Everything on this website and in my products (words, images, designs, videos, logos and the Sammy Crockett name) belongs to me or the people I license it from. Please don't copy or reuse it without my written permission, except for sharing links or small quotes with credit.
LINKS, AFFILIATES AND BRAND PARTNERS
My website and emails include links to other websites, including affiliate links and brand partners. I'm not responsible for their content, products or terms. See "Affiliate links and brand partnerships" below.
LIMITING MY RESPONSIBILITY
To the extent the law allows, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law:
• I'm not responsible for any indirect loss, or for decisions you make or results you get from using my free content; and
• if I'm responsible for a problem with something you've bought from me, my total liability is limited to fixing it, replacing it, or refunding what you paid for it.
IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG
If you have a problem or complaint, please email me first at sammy@sammycrockett.com. I'll reply within 5 business days and do my best to sort it out with you.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of Victoria, Australia, unless the law gives you the right to go elsewhere.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
I may update these terms when my business changes. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it took effect. Changes won't affect anything you've already bought.
INFORMATION, NOT ADVICE
Everything on this website, in my emails, on my social media, and in my free resources, products and Tea and Clarity sessions is for general information and education. It's based on my own experience and what I've learned along the way.
I'm not a lawyer, accountant, financial adviser, or health or mental-health professional, and nothing I share is legal, financial, tax, health or mental-health advice. Please get advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation before making decisions about these things.
NO GUARANTEES, INCLUDING EARNINGS
I can't promise any particular result. What happens for you depends on your own effort, circumstances, skills, time and plenty of things outside anyone's control. Please use your own judgement about what's right for you and your family.
When I talk about income, money or business results (mine or anyone else's), they're examples, not promises or typical results. There's no guarantee you'll earn the same, or earn anything at all. Building a business takes time and involves risk.

I sometimes work with brands. When a post or review is sponsored, paid, or involves a gifted product, I'll clearly label it (for example, with #ad, "sponsored" or "gifted") so you always know. I only partner with brands that fit my family and my audience, and my opinions are my own.

PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy matters to me. This policy explains what personal information I collect through my website (sammycrockett.com), my Stan Store and my offers, why I collect it, and what you can do about it. I've written it in plain English on purpose.
WHO I AM
This website and the products and services on it are run by Samantha (Sammy) Crockett, a sole trader based in Victoria, Australia (ABN 54 330 179 276). When this policy says "I", "me" or "my", it means me, Sammy. You can contact me about privacy at any time at sammy@sammycrockett.com.
WHAT I COLLECT
I only collect what I need. Depending on what you do, that can include:
• Your name and email address, when you join The Weekly Cuppa (through Kit), download a free resource, or join a waitlist (for example, The Lounge).
• What you tell me in a message, when you use my contact form or email me. That's usually your name, email address, the topic and your message.
• Purchase details, when you buy a product or book a Tea and Clarity session. Checkout happens on Stan Store, which collects your name, email address and payment details. I can see your name, email, what you bought and when. I never see or store your full card details.
• Anything you choose to share in a Tea and Clarity session, such as details about your business, your goals and your family life. I keep this private.
• Tea and Clarity recordings. Sessions are held on Zoom and recorded so you can watch yours again. I share your recording only with you, and you can ask me to delete it at any time.
• How you use the website, through analytics tools (see "Cookies and analytics" below). This includes things like the pages you visit, roughly where you are (city or country level), the device and browser you use, and how you arrived.
I don't knowingly collect sensitive information (like health information) unless you choose to share it with me, for example during a session. Please only share what you're comfortable with.
WHY I COLLECT IT
I use your information to:
• send you the free resource, product or session you asked for;
• reply to your messages and enquiries, including brand and PR enquiries;
• send The Weekly Cuppa and occasional updates about my products, if you've signed up;
• run, improve and protect the website and my business; and
• meet my legal obligations, such as keeping tax records.
I don't sell, rent or trade your personal information. Ever.
EMAILS AND THE WEEKLY CUPPA
I'll only add you to The Weekly Cuppa or other marketing emails if you've signed up for them. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and I'll stop sending as soon as you use it. If you buy something, I'll send emails about that purchase (like your download or booking details) whether or not you're on my newsletter.
WHO I SHARE IT WITH
I use a small number of trusted services to run my business. They handle your information on my behalf:
• Stan Store: checkout, payments, product and free resource delivery, and bookings. Stan's own terms and privacy policy (linked on every Stan page) also apply when you use it.
• Kit: sign-ups and emails for The Weekly Cuppa.
• Zoom: Tea and Clarity calls and their recordings.
• Google Analytics (via the MonsterInsights plugin): website analytics.
• Jetpack and Akismet (by Automattic): website statistics, security and spam protection. Messages sent through my contact form may be checked by Akismet for spam.
• GoDaddy: website hosting. My contact form sends your message to my email inbox.
I may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect my rights or someone's safety.
OVERSEAS STORAGE
Most of the services above are based in the United States, so your information may be stored or processed there. I choose providers that take security seriously, but overseas laws may not protect your information in the same way as Australian law.
COOKIES AND ANALYTICS
Cookies are small files saved by your browser. This website uses:
• Google Analytics cookies, to understand how people use the site (which pages are popular, how people find it). Google Analytics doesn't tell me who you are.
• Jetpack statistics, to count visits and popular pages.
• Essential cookies, so the website works properly (for example, if you're logged in as an administrator).
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). The site will still work if you do.
I don't currently use advertising cookies or social media tracking pixels on this website. If that changes, I'll update this policy first.
KEEPING YOUR INFORMATION SAFE
I take reasonable steps to protect your information, including using secure (HTTPS) connections, reputable service providers, and strong passwords. No system is completely secure, so please don't email me card numbers or passwords.
I keep personal information only for as long as I need it for the reasons above, or as long as the law requires (for example, Australian tax records are kept for five years). You can ask me to delete your information at any time, and I will unless I need to keep it by law.
If a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, I'll let you know and tell you what you can do.
YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
You can ask me to:
• tell you what personal information I hold about you;
• correct anything that's wrong or out of date; or
• delete your information or stop emailing you.
Just email sammy@sammycrockett.com. I'll reply within 30 days. You can also deal with me anonymously or using a made-up name where that's practical, like when you're browsing the site.
CHILDREN
This website and my products are for adults. I don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given me their information, please let me know and I'll delete it.
COMPLAINTS
If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, please email me first and I'll do my best to put it right within 30 days. If you're still not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
I'll update this policy when my business or the tools I use change. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it took effect.
