Next Move Intensive

$8,000

An identity-disrupting career transition can unsettle more than your plans. You may have been fired or laid off, resigned on principle, been derailed by your health or a new diagnosis, or simply realized your old role or business no longer fits who you are becoming. The work or professional identity that once defined you is falling away, while your next chapter is still taking shape.

You do not have to have your next move figured out before you begin. In a changing world, the pressure to act quickly can be intense. When external pressure sets the pace, it is easy to skip the questions that determine whether your next move will fit. The cost can be high: leaving too soon, staying too long, lingering between opportunities without purpose, or recreating old patterns in a new role or business.

The Next Move Intensive is a six-month coaching program for executives, senior leaders, and entrepreneurs seeking to navigate consequential transitions with clarity, confidence, and inner authority. We slow down where rushing is expensive, so your next move comes from ease, integrity, alignment, and purpose. From that internal foundation, you can act with precision and build momentum toward the destination you set for yourself.

This Is For You If

  • You are an executive, senior leader, or entrepreneur in the midst of a transition, and your next move is not yet clear.

  • Something in your current situation feels unsustainable, and you want to make a grounded decision.

  • Others experience you as capable, composed, and responsible, while your inner experience is more complex.

  • The cost of misalignment is showing up in your body, energy, leadership, or relationships.

  • You want your next move to be shaped by authentic purpose.

  • You are ready for support that can hold the practical, emotional, strategic, and intuitive dimensions of a career or business transition.

The Process

This work gives you a confidential, structured place to tell the truth, see patterns you can't see on your own, and take aligned action before every answer is clear. The process helps you cultivate intelligence beyond the analytical mind—emotional, intuitive, embodied, and relational—and bring it into your decisions.

Step 1: Locate Yourself in the Change Cycle

A consequential transition has stages. Grief, anger, and fear may be here. When you know where you are in the change cycle, you can choose action steps that match your actual capacity, energy, and readiness.

Step 2: Triage the Sources of Least Satisfaction

We examine what is and is not working in your current reality. We look at the responsibilities, expectations, relationships, agreements, stories, and patterns that are pulling you out of alignment. Together, we identify what can shift right away. Addressing these sources of strain early can free up energy to lean into your greatest gifts.

Step 3: Identify Your Zone of Genius and Clarify Your Next Chapter

With a clearer view of what drains your energy and what can change, we explore the strengths, activities, environments, and contributions that energize you and create impact. Drawing on your experiences and the patterns we notice together, we identify what brings you most alive and clarify what you want to prioritize in your next chapter. Ideal Day visualization, values clarification, and deeper inquiry can help you articulate criteria to guide key decisions about what's next.

Step 4: Practice Honoring What You Know

As your wants become clearer, you may notice how old habits—like seeking approval, taking on too much, or overriding your intuition—make it harder to realize them. We work with emotions, thoughts, bodily cues, and intuition as sources of information. You practice applying what you’re learning in real conversations and decisions, take on new responsibility, and respond to discomfort with greater self-trust.

Step 5: Test Possibilities in Real Life

You turn what you’re learning into small experiments that help you gather information and build momentum. These may include conversations, research, role negotiations, visibility moves, business exploration, or targeted job-search actions. We use what you learn to refine your direction and decide what to do next. When useful, AI can help test ideas, draft outreach, research paths, and lower the friction of action. Your discernment remains central.

What Changes

People who engage wholeheartedly with the Next Move Intensive gain greater clarity about what they want and why, more confidence to pursue it, a stronger sense of aliveness in their work and life, and deeper connection in their personal and professional relationships.

Early in the process, we triage the sources of unnecessary suffering in your life, addressing what can shift right away to free up energy to lean into your greatest gifts.

Over six months, you will develop:

  • A clearer picture of what is and is not working in your current reality, including patterns that may be hard to see on your own.

  • Language for your zone of genius and a more vivid sense of what you want your next chapter to include.

  • A stronger practice of inner authority: noticing your internal signals, communicating with candor, making clear agreements with yourself and others, and taking aligned action.

  • Real-world experiments to test possibilities and build momentum with information from lived experience.

These shifts often translate into meaningful career movement: a new job, a new or expanded business, or both. The destination is yours to define.

Program Structure

This six-month virtual program includes:

  • 12 private 50-minute coaching sessions, typically held every other week at a mutually agreeable recurring time.

  • Monthly client community workshops for additional teaching, reflection, and shared practice.

  • Structured exercises and guided career and business experiments.

  • Access to a growing resource library with frameworks, prompts, tools, and practices to support your work.

  • Ongoing 1:1 text support as you reflect, experiment, and take action between sessions.

The pacing is intentional. Sessions every other week give you time to integrate the work, test new behavior, and return with real information. The community workshops add support and perspective without overwhelming your calendar.

This Program May Not Be For You If

This may not be the right fit if:

  • You want a tactical job search program focused primarily on resumes, LinkedIn, recruiter outreach, or interview prep.

  • You want someone to tell you the right next move.

  • You prefer to stay in analysis only.

  • You are not willing to work with emotion, instinct, embodiment, or deeper leadership patterns.

  • You are not willing to take action between sessions.

  • You want a quick fix.

Timing

The six-month program period begins when you enroll.

Scheduled holiday office closures do not count toward the six-month program period. We'll extend your coaching container as needed to account for those breaks.

This allows us to maintain momentum while making room for the realities of work, family, travel, holidays, and rest.

Investment

The investment for the Next Move Intensive is $8,000.

This program offers substantial support for a meaningful career transition. A misaligned move can cost far more than money. It can cost energy, confidence, health, leadership presence, relationships, and years of momentum.

This program helps you make your next move with the discernment, support, and integrity the decision deserves.

Next Step

The next step is a private fit conversation. We will look at the career question you are holding, what is no longer working, what may be at stake if nothing changes, and whether this is the right container for your next chapter.

My sessions with Sara genuinely shifted something in me. I came in with a lot of noise around safety, risk, and what it would take to finally take a leap toward building something that felt truly mine. I left with real clarity, a better understanding of what was blocking me, and a much clearer sense of the unique strengths I'd been overlooking. The breakthroughs came faster than I expected. Sara's superpower is holding a structured space while letting you think freely. I tend to ramble and free-associate, and rather than reining that in, she works with it. She listens with real care and reflects back the core of what you're trying to say with precision and warmth. Her questions are thoughtful and well-timed, never leading, always illuminating. And when tough feedback is needed, she delivers it in a way that feels so supportive you find yourself using it as a springboard rather than getting defensive. She has this wonderful ability to make sense of your mess without ever making you feel messy. If you're looking for a coach who will truly meet you where you are and help you find your way forward, I'd recommend Sara without hesitation.

Sara is an incredible coach who is deeply emotionally attuned to her clients. She can immediately tell when I'm in or out of alignment, and gently guides me to listen to my deepest self in order to regain it. Sara has an impressive ability to hold a kind and emotionally safe space while coaching me to reach new levels of growth; these moments can feel uncomfortable, but the long-term payoff is huge. I'm grateful for the tools Sara has shared with me to recognize when I'm feeling off and return to alignment more quickly and easily.

Sara is magic. Gentle, direct, blazer-clad magic. I’ve taken a million coaching programs seeking help with my exceptionally loud inner critic, including programs specifically for inner critic rehab…and Sara’s coaching is the only thing that’s ever, ever made a difference. It doesn’t take long, either—I felt a shift in the very first session & it has continued on. She addresses issues at both levels—mind and body—while holding space for spirit and all your parts. Sara also recommends resources tailored to the client’s specific issues. And she gets granular at a level I’ve never seen before, sending over particular pages of a self-help book applicable to the situation. So I got the two pages I really needed to help me out (and was able to use the knowledge right away!), instead of getting the usual book recommendation that would immediately get lost in my to-do list. Sara is a wizard. 100/10 recommend.
