Did you know that your body is capable of healing itself? Your unique physiology is brilliantly equipped with natural repair mechanisms to fight infections, replace damaged cells, repair damaged coronary arteries and reduce degenerative diseases. But in order for your body to restore itself to optimal health you need to first change your habitual ‘lifestyle’ (behavior) and inflexible fear-driven mindset.

Self-Repair Process

Your daily activities might encompass multi-tasking several major responsibilities or follow an imbalanced diet and exercise routine, which will have a negative long-term impact on your mind-body-spiritual connectivity if not paired with a ‘small changes’ approach. The incremental change we all should aspire to starts with activating the body’s natural self-repair process, rather than relying purely on allopathic drugs or surgery. I’m not suggesting you abandon conventional medicine at all, but if you have tried pharmaceutical drugs and you are still sick, you should consider energy healing treatments.

Most notably, stress is feeling disconnected from your higher power.

Vibrational Energy

Your ‘vibrational energy’ describes your overall state of being; the lighter you feel in your physically, emotionally, spiritually and mentally, the greater your personal power, clarity, peace, love and joy will be. Your vibration is unique to your existence; it is a direct reflection of your inner thoughts, feelings, beliefs, choice of words, and how well you take care of yourself. The higher your vibration the more light you hold, the faster your light particles vibrate, the higher your consciousness and the stronger you are connected to your soul and Higher (God) self.

When your vibration is low (you are constantly stressed or your health is compromised), your light particles vibrate slowly and become condensed. You feel tired and sluggish because your body and psyche are in a state of imbalance; consequently you are influenced by distorted beliefs, fear, anger, resentment, blame, worry, guilt, jealousy, judgment, shame, addiction, unforgiveness, conditional love, lack of self-worth, greed, and separation consciousness, which negatively impacts your ability to be optimally healthy and connected to your higher self. The miracle of a balanced connectivity between your mind, body and spirit means you are a high vibrational being that recognizes your divinity and the divinity within others. You are also in alignment with your soul, which means you are vibrantly healthy and your life flows with ease and grace because you have released the limited fear frequencies.

Energy Healing

Energy Healing in a nut shell is a therapy where we stimulate the energy flow around the human body, through intention. This assists the body to naturally restore itself, create balance within your body. As we stimulate the energy flow we release any blocked or trapped energy from the biofield.

Natural Balance

During an Energy Healing session, light energy (an upper dimensional light frequency) is channeled through me into your body. This energy helps bring about natural balance to the four aspects of yourself, namely the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual subtle bodies. As it does this, it can de-manifest unwanted vibrations that are affecting your body, enabling you to heal naturally and restore balance.
