Terms & Conditions

Content Day Terms & Conditions

By booking a content day with [Sarah Wooton], you agree to the following terms:

1. Session Duration

• Each booking includes a total of three (3) hours of filming time.

• Filming equipment (including mics, lights, and iPhone for recording) will be provided by the content creator.

• There is no guarantee on the quantity of content produced during the session. Content output is based solely on how the three hours are utilized.

2. Late Arrivals

• If you are late, the session time will still begin as originally scheduled unless prior communication is made. Time lost due to late arrival will not be added to the session.

• If you notify me in advance and I am able to accommodate a reschedule or extend your session, I will do so at my discretion.

• If I am running late, you will still receive your full three hours of filming time, either during the session or through additional time added.

3. Additional Time

• If your session exceeds the three-hour window, additional fees may apply.

4. Content Guarantee

• There is no minimum or maximum number of deliverables promised. The amount of content captured depends entirely on how the three hours are used.

5. Quality Disclaimer

• The quality of content produced and delivered may vary due to factors outside of the content creator’s control, including but not limited to:

• Device compatibility issues (e.g., iPhone to Android limitations)

• Available lighting in the provided filming space

• Ambient noise levels and environmental conditions at the filming location

Every effort will be made to ensure high-quality content, but outcomes are influenced by the setting and circumstances provided.

6. Edit Policy

• Yes, edits are available to the initial content delivered.

• However, only one (1) round of revisions is included after final delivery.

• Any additional edits beyond that may incur extra charges and will be discussed case-by-case.

7. Safety Clause

• I reserve the right to decline services or cancel a session if I determine that the filming location is unsafe or unsuitable for content creation.

• I also reserve the right to decline filming any content that may be deemed inappropriate, offensive, or misaligned with my brand standards and professional judgment regarding content being shared online.

8. Filming of Minors

• I will not film or include anyone under the age of 18 in any content unless a parent or legal guardian is present and has given explicit permission for the minor to participate in content creation.

• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure this requirement is met in advance.

9. Refund Policy

• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once content has been produced and delivered.

• If no content is produced due to an issue on my end, rescheduling or a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

10. Content Usage & Promotion

• By participating in a content day, you agree to allow @SarahXSocial to repost, share, and use any content captured during the session to promote the business across social platforms, portfolios, or marketing materials.

• Credit will be given where appropriate, and any specific content you do not wish to be shared can be discussed prior to filming.

11. Filming Permissions & Location Use

• It is the responsibility of the business owner and/or client to notify all employees, collaborators, or stakeholders who will be present that filming will occur.

• By booking a session, you confirm that all individuals appearing on camera have given permission to be filmed and included in your company’s branded content.

• You also confirm that you have secured any necessary permissions to film in the chosen space, as well as to include any products, branding, or proprietary materials in your content.

By checking this box, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined by Sarah Wooton for your scheduled content day. This serves as a binding agreement and acknowledgment of the policies in place, and constitutes a lawful contract between you (the client) and Sarah Wooton.
