Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING THE SENIOR REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY BLUEPRINT / MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

1. Introduction

By purchasing and/or accessing the Senior Real Estate Industry Blueprint (the "Program"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect the integrity of the coaching content, the intellectual property rights of Downsizing Club of Florida LLC, and to ensure a professional and supportive environment for all participants.

2. Refund Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated within the product purchase. Due to the digital nature of the Senior Real Estate Industry Blueprint and the immediate delivery of proprietary systems, templates, and coaching materials, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers of any kind. Once you have purchased the Program, you will have immediate access to the intellectual property and are responsible for the implementation of the materials at your own discretion.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content within the Program, including but not limited to videos, written manuals, "Blueprint" systems, scripts, email templates, and any other resources provided, is the exclusive property of Downsizing Club of Florida LLC. By accessing the Program, you agree that:

  • You will not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material in the Program, except as necessary for your own personal real estate business use.

  • You will not sell, resell, license, sublicense, transfer, distribute, or otherwise exploit the Program content for the purpose of creating a competing coaching or mentorship product.

  • You will not share your access to the Program with other real estate agents, team members, or third parties, nor allow others to use your account.

  • You will not engage in any activity that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of Downsizing Club of Florida LLC.

4. Prohibition Against Unauthorized Sharing and Use

You may not share, forward, distribute, or otherwise provide access to any Program materials to any third party without prior written consent from Downsizing Club of Florida LLC. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing login credentials for the member portal, distributing PDF Blueprints to outside agents, and sharing proprietary scripts via social media or other public platforms.

5. Reporting Unauthorized Use

If you become aware of any unauthorized use or distribution of the Program content, you are required to report this immediately to Downsizing Club of Florida LLC at downsizersclub@gmail.com. We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action against anyone found violating these terms.

6. Termination of Access

Downsizing Club of Florida LLC reserves the right to terminate your access to the Program and any associated community groups (e.g., Mastermind groups) at any time if you are found to be in violation of these terms and conditions. In the event of termination for cause, you will not be entitled to a refund.

7. Amendments

Downsizing Club of Florida LLC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any such amendments will be effective immediately upon being posted on the Program website or communicated to you via email.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida.

10. Use of Success Stories and Testimonials

By participating in the Mentorship Program, you agree that Downsizing Club of Florida LLC may use your success stories, feedback, or results for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes:

  • Content Types: We may collect and utilize any posts, comments, reviews, direct messages (DMs), or emails made in relation to the Program. This includes screenshots of wins shared in the Mastermind group or comments shared on social media platforms.

  • Full Names & Professional Branding: By sharing your success, you consent to the use of your name, profile name, and/or brokerage affiliation to provide authenticity to others who may benefit from your experience.

  • Media: You agree that we may use any images, videos, or recorded "wins" shared in connection with the Program on our website, social media, promotional emails, or advertisements.

  • Opting Out: If you do not wish for your success story or communications to be used for these purposes, you may contact us at downsizersclub@gmail.com to request exclusion from future marketing materials.
