By selecting the checkbox and enrolling in the recurring monthly fieldwork membership offered through Shaping Minds, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and policies: This membership provides access to supervision, mentorship, training opportunities, and/or fieldwork-related guidance; however, participation in this membership does not constitute a guarantee that fieldwork hours will be accepted by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), nor does it guarantee that any hours completed will meet BACB eligibility standards. Participants remain solely responsible for understanding and complying with all BACB requirements, including but not limited to supervision structure, documentation, ethical conduct, and eligibility criteria. Enrollment in this membership does not guarantee that Shaping Minds ABA, its representatives, or its analysts—including but not limited to Janeissy Fernandez—or any other Shaping Minds analysts will sign supervision documentation, fieldwork verification forms, or any other BACB-related logs or attestations. Decisions regarding documentation, verification of hours, and supervision approval remain at the sole professional and ethical discretion of the supervising analyst and must align with BACB requirements and professional standards. By participating, you acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all BACB criteria are met. Furthermore, by enrolling in this membership, you voluntarily release, waive, and hold harmless Shaping Minds ABA, Janeissy Fernandez, and any affiliated analysts, contractors, or representatives from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, or disputes arising from participation in this membership, supervision activities, educational content, or fieldwork guidance, including but not limited to issues related to BACB eligibility, supervision outcomes, certification eligibility, or professional advancement. All membership fees are final, and due to the nature of digital access, training resources, and supervision availability, all payments are non-refundable.
