Spark Sessions

Spark Sessions is a group coaching membership for business owners who want clarity, consistency, and support; without burnout.

This space is designed to help you:

• Build confidence in your numbers and pricing

• Create structure and boundaries that actually stick

• Feel supported while growing your business

• Stay accountable without pressure or overwhelm

Live group coaching calls are held every second Monday at 9:30am (via Zoom).
Each call is a guided, open discussion where you can ask questions, workshop challenges, and gain clarity alongside other business owners who get it.

Between calls, you’ll receive weekly prompts designed to spark ideas, encourage reflection, and help you take intentional action inside your business- keeping momentum flowing between sessions.

Spark Sessions begins with a minimum 3-month commitment.
This allows time for trust, clarity, and real progress to build; not just surface-level changes. After the initial commitment period, the membership continues on a monthly basis.

You’ll also have access to call replays, so even if life happens, you won’t miss out.
