This website and all associated materials are owned and operated by D. Lynn & Company LLC, operated by Shekinah Lee (“Company,” “I,” “me,” or “my”). This includes all digital content, services, classes, workshops, coaching calls, graphics, and materials (collectively, the “Content”).

2. Services & Programs
By purchasing any product, service, or experience, including but not limited to:
Confidence coaching sessions or packages (including Bloom, Glow, Thrive, or similar offerings)
Digital products or custom video guidance
The How to Walk in Heels class (including beginner or advanced levels)
Workshops, classes, or in-person events
Group sessions, training experiences, or educational content
you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Services may be delivered digitally, virtually, or in-person depending on the offering
All guidance, instruction, and materials are for educational, informational, and inspirational purposes only
In-person classes (including heels training) require your full participation and personal responsibility for physical movement and safety
You are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for any scheduled session or class
Coaching sessions and services must be used within the designated timeframe (if applicable)
Class spots (including heels classes) are limited and may be capped; purchase does not guarantee transferability
3. Payment & Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of digital products, coaching services, and limited-capacity classes (including the How to Walk in Heels class), no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Please ensure you are fully committed before making a purchase. By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for your decision.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials, including but not limited to:
Class instruction and curriculum
Recorded or live session content
Digital products and videos
Branding, designs, and written materials
are the intellectual property of D. Lynn & Company LLC.
You may not reuse, reproduce, share, teach, or distribute this material without explicit written permission.
5. Disclaimers
Results from coaching, classes, or guidance vary by individual; no guarantees are made regarding outcomes
Participation in physical classes (including heels training) involves movement and coordination; you accept all risks associated with participation
Services are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice
You are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results
6. Privacy, Communication & Media Release
By purchasing, attending, or signing up for any class, service, workshop, or event, you consent to receive communication via email, text, or other platforms for:
Additionally, by participating in any in-person or virtual class, workshop, or event hosted by D. Lynn & Company LLC, you acknowledge and agree that photo, video, and audio content may be captured during the experience for marketing, promotional, educational, and social media purposes.
By attending, you grant D. Lynn & Company LLC and Shekinah Lee permission to use your likeness, image, voice, and participation in any recorded content without compensation or additional approval.
If you prefer not to appear on camera, please notify the Company in writing prior to the event or class. While reasonable efforts may be made to accommodate requests, complete exclusion from background content cannot be guaranteed.
Your personal information will never be sold or shared.
7. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall D. Lynn & Company LLC or Shekinah Lee be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
