1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing or participating in any service offered through this store, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all psychic readings, intuitive readings, intuitive coaching, mindfulness coaching, intuitive consultations, and spiritual guidance services provided by The Healing Shell LLC.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not purchase or participate in the services.
2. Nature of Services
All services offered are intended for personal insight, self-reflection, personal growth, mindfulness, spiritual guidance, and empowerment purposes only.
Services may include psychic readings, tarot interpretations, clairvoyant insights, intuitive coaching, mindfulness coaching, spiritual guidance, and related personal development practices.
Psychic readings, tarot interpretations, clairvoyant insights, intuitive guidance, and coaching perspectives are subjective and may be interpreted differently by each individual. The information provided should not be considered absolute fact or a guarantee of specific outcomes.
Mindfulness coaching is intended to support awareness, self-reflection, emotional well-being, presence, and personal development. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health condition.
Clients are responsible for their own choices, decisions, and actions.
3. No Professional Advice
Services provided do not replace professional advice, medical care, psychological treatment, or other licensed professional services.
Readings, intuitive sessions, intuitive coaching, and mindfulness coaching should not be used as a substitute for licensed professional services, including but not limited to:

Nothing provided during a session is intended to constitute a diagnosis, treatment plan, medical advice, psychotherapy, or other licensed professional service.
4. Client Responsibility
By purchasing a session or coaching service, you acknowledge that:
You are 18 years of age or older
You understand the nature of intuitive, spiritual, mindfulness, and coaching services
You understand that the services are intended to provide insight, reflection, awareness, and personal growth rather than definitive answers or guaranteed outcomes
You are responsible for any decisions or actions taken after or as a result of a session
You will not hold the practitioner or coach liable for outcomes related to the session or coaching services
All guidance and coaching offered is intended to support personal reflection, self-awareness, empowerment, and personal responsibility.
5. Payment Policy
All sessions and coaching services must be paid in full prior to the appointment. Payments are processed securely through the platform hosting this store. Services will not be delivered until payment has been successfully received.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the time, preparation, and nature of intuitive, mindfulness, and coaching services:
If a session or coaching appointment must be canceled by the practitioner, the client will be offered either:
7. Appointment Timing, Grace Period, and Rescheduling
Sessions and coaching appointments begin and end at the scheduled time out of respect for all clients.
Client Grace Period
Clients are granted a 10-minute grace period after the scheduled start time to join the session.
If the client arrives more than 10 minutes late, the session will be considered forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Sessions will end at the originally scheduled end time, regardless of when the client joins.
Late arrival does not extend the session length.
Rescheduling Policy
Practitioner Scheduling Rights
The practitioner reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or delay a session at any time and for any reason.
In the event the practitioner must reschedule or arrives late, the session length may be adjusted or rescheduled at the practitioner's discretion.
8. Ethical Boundaries
The practitioner reserves the right to decline or end a session if:
Questions involve harm to others
Questions involve illegal activity
The client behaves in a disrespectful or abusive manner
The session falls outside the practitioner's ethical scope
Examples of topics that may be declined include medical diagnosis, legal predictions, gambling outcomes, or surveillance of third parties without consent.
The practitioner may also redirect a coaching session when a client's needs appear to require professional services outside the scope of intuitive or mindfulness coaching.
9. Session Recording and Quality Assurance
To support service quality, training, consistency, and customer service, sessions and calls may be recorded.
By purchasing or participating in a session, coaching appointment, or call, you acknowledge and agree that your session or call may be recorded for quality assurance and customer service purposes.
Recorded sessions or calls may be reviewed by the practitioner and/or a designated mentor for purposes including, but not limited to:
Quality assurance
Customer service
Practitioner and coach development
Mentorship and training
Review of the services provided
Improving the client experience
Recordings will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and will not be publicly shared or used for marketing purposes without the client's separate consent, unless otherwise required or permitted by law.
If you do not consent to the recording of a session or call, please do not purchase or participate in the session or call.
10. Confidentiality
All sessions and coaching conversations are treated as confidential, subject to the recording and quality-assurance provisions described in Section 9.
Client information and session content will not be publicly shared or disclosed to unrelated third parties unless required by law or otherwise permitted under these Terms.
Recordings and session information may be accessed by the practitioner and/or a designated mentor as reasonably necessary for quality assurance, customer service, practitioner or coach development, training, or mentorship purposes.
11. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, exercises, techniques, resources, and guidance shared during sessions or coaching services remain the intellectual property of the practitioner and/or The Healing Shell LLC, unless otherwise stated.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, publish, teach, or sell session content, coaching materials, frameworks, exercises, or other proprietary materials without written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
By purchasing services, you agree that the practitioner, coach, and The Healing Shell LLC are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use, interpretation, or application of information, guidance, coaching, mindfulness practices, or insights provided during sessions or coaching services.
Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.
13. Modifications to Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of any revised terms.
14. Results Not Guaranteed
All intuitive guidance, tarot interpretations, clairvoyant insights, intuitive coaching, and mindfulness coaching are based on the practitioner's perspective, spiritual perception, symbolism, coaching methods, mindfulness practices, and interpretation at the time of the session.
Results, outcomes, and future events cannot be guaranteed.
Energy, circumstances, perspectives, and personal decisions can change over time.
No specific personal, professional, financial, relationship, or other outcome is promised or guaranteed.
Clients understand that intuitive guidance is not a prediction set in stone, but rather insight intended to support reflection, awareness, clarity, and personal empowerment.
Coaching is a collaborative process intended to support the client's own awareness, choices, and personal development.
15. Third-Party and Ethical Boundaries
Sessions and coaching services are intended to support the client's personal growth, clarity, mindfulness, and decision-making.
Readings and coaching may not focus on controlling, spying on, or intruding upon the private life of another individual without their consent.
The practitioner reserves the right to decline questions about third parties if the request violates ethical boundaries.
Questions involving harm, manipulation, illegal activity, or coercion will not be addressed.
The practitioner may redirect the session toward guidance that empowers the client's own choices and personal path.
16. Personal Responsibility and Emotional Readiness
By purchasing a session or coaching service, the client acknowledges that they are responsible for their own well-being, decisions, and actions.
Intuitive guidance, clairvoyant insights, tarot interpretations, intuitive coaching, and mindfulness coaching are intended to provide perspective, reflection, awareness, and personal insight, not to make decisions for the client.
Clients retain full personal responsibility for how they interpret and use the information provided.
Sessions and coaching services are not a substitute for personal judgment, critical thinking, therapy, counseling, medical care, or other professional services.
Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support when their needs extend beyond the scope of the services provided.
Clients are encouraged to approach sessions with an open mind, personal discernment, and a commitment to their own growth and accountability.
17. Session Conduct
The practitioner reserves the right to end a session or coaching appointment immediately if the client behaves in a disrespectful, aggressive, manipulative, abusive, or inappropriate manner.
In such cases, the session will be terminated and no refund will be issued.
