TERMS & CONDITIONS — NO REFUND, AUTO-RENEWAL, & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY POLICY

By accessing, purchasing, subscribing, or otherwise engaging with any digital product, service, subscription, or offering provided by SM Content Creations LLC (“Company”) through the Stan Store platform or any associated payment processor, you hereby knowingly, voluntarily, and irrevocably agree to the following legally binding Terms and Conditions:

All payments made to the Company are final, non-refundable, non-transferable, and fully earned upon receipt, without exception and regardless of circumstance, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, non-use, scheduling conflicts, failure to access digital materials, mistaken purchases, duplicate subscriptions, or failure to cancel in a timely manner. Any product or service purchased as a one-time payment that converts into an automatically renewing subscription, as well as any subscription product offered by the Company, will continue to renew and bill automatically each billing cycle (monthly unless expressly stated otherwise). You hereby authorize the Company and its designated payment processor to charge your provided payment method for each recurring renewal until such time as you personally cancel the subscription through your own Stan Store account. No email, message, text, DM, verbal notice, or informal communication constitutes cancellation; cancellation is solely your responsibility and must be executed directly through the official cancellation portal associated with your Stan Store account. Failure to independently complete this process will result in continued billing, for which you remain fully responsible, and all such charges remain strictly non-refundable.

You expressly agree not to initiate or attempt chargebacks, payment reversals, or payment disputes with your bank, credit card company, or financial institution. Any such action constitutes a breach of this Agreement, at which point the Company reserves the right to provide documented proof of your purchase, access, and acceptance of these Terms, including electronically stored records, timestamps, and IP-verified checkout confirmations, in any dispute resolution process.
