Terms and Conditions
1. Non-Refundable Booking Fee
Payment made via this booking link constitutes a non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee. This fee is required to secure the selected training date and is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation, rescheduling, non-attendance, illness, travel issues, or change of mind.
2. Date Amendments
A training date may be amended once only, subject to availability and at the sole discretion of the academy. Any additional date changes will require payment of a new non-refundable booking fee in full in order to secure a further date. No guarantees are given regarding availability.
3. Course Fees & Payment Deadlines
The full course fee must be paid in cleared funds no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled training date. This requirement applies equally to in-person and online training.
Failure to pay the full balance by this deadline constitutes a material breach of contract and may result in cancellation of the training without notice. In such circumstances, the booking fee will be forfeited and no refunds will be issued.
4. Online Training โ Certification & Materials
For online training, students acknowledge and agree that certificates, manuals, and all associated training materials will be issued within forty-eight (48) hours following successful completion of the training. No entitlement to immediate delivery is implied or guaranteed.
5. Machine Delivery for online students
Where machines or equipment form part of the training package, students must allow a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the training date for delivery. The academy accepts no liability for delays caused by incorrect delivery information, courier delays, or failure by the student to allow sufficient delivery time.
6. Digital Products, Intellectual Property & Prohibited Use
All digital products, manuals, videos, and online training materials are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, without exception.
All digital and physical training materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Silhouette academy and are protected by trademark, copyright, and intellectual property laws, and for students of silhouette academy ONLY!
Materials must not be copied, recorded, shared, reproduced, distributed, resold, licensed, adapted, or used for any training, teaching, or commercial purposes, including but not limited to establishing or operating another academy or training service.
Any unauthorised use will constitute a serious breach of contract and may result in immediate legal action, including but not limited to injunctive relief, financial damages, and recovery of legal costs.
7. Right to Refuse Service
The academy reserves the right to refuse training, access, certification, or materials to any individual who breaches these Terms & Conditions, without refund.
8. Acceptance of Terms
You may not proceed with payment, booking, or training unless you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Payment of the booking fee and/or course fees constitutes full and legally binding acceptance of all terms stated herein.
Digital Product Terms โ No Refund & Chargeback Policy
By purchasing any digital product, you agree to the following terms:
All products sold through this store are digital products delivered instantly upon successful payment. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances, including refunds of course deposits this charge will still remain.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing your purchase, or free download as an enrolment of the academy you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for a product you have received access to.
If a chargeback or dispute is initiated after purchase, we reserve the right to:
Provide proof of purchase, product access, and these terms to the payment processor
Immediately revoke access to the digital product
Block the customer from future purchases
Take further action if fraudulent activity is suspected
Personal Use Only
All digital products are for personal use only. You may not copy, share, distribute, reproduce, or resell any part of the product without written permission.
If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us for support. Support will be provided for access issues, but this does not qualify for a refund.
