Level 4 Award in Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) Leadership and Management in the Early Years.
Units to Cover: 3 Mandatory units (Below) + 3 Optional Units (Learner selects based on speciality)
Understand the context of supporting individuals with learning disabilities
Support person-centred thinking and planning
Promote communication in health, social care or children’s and young people’s settings
