These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of the Growth & Sales Cheat Sheet and Growth & Sales Blueprint (the “Products”).
By purchasing or accessing these Products, you agree to the terms outlined below.
By purchasing and/or accessing the Growth & Sales Blueprint and/or Cheat Sheet, you agree to adhere to all community rules and guidelines.
This includes, but is not limited to:
No unsolicited direct messaging (“DMing”) members for the purpose of pitching, “connecting,” or redirecting to external platforms (e.g. WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)
No self-promotion, selling, or advertising of personal products, services, or affiliate links within the community
Genuine participation and respectful engagement is expected from all members
No use of bots, fake accounts, spam activity, or misleading behaviour
Any violation of these rules may result in immediate removal from the community without warning.
Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to materials, no refunds will be issued in the event of removal for breach of these terms.
We reserve the right to monitor activity and enforce these rules at our sole discretion to maintain a safe, high-quality environment for all members. Any attempt to bypass these rules through indirect methods (e.g. disguising promotions, using multiple accounts, or external redirection tactics) will also result in permanent removal without refund.
1. Digital Product Disclaimer
The Growth & Sales Cheat Sheet and Growth & Sales Blueprint are digital educational products delivered electronically.
No physical items will be shipped.
These Products are:
• Self-paced
• Educational in nature
• Informational resources only
They do not include personalised coaching, mentoring, done-for-you services, or business management.
Access is granted immediately upon successful payment for the Growth & Sales Cheat Sheet.
Access is granted within 24hrs upon successful payment for the Growth & Sales Cheat Sheet (this is due to being manually added into the Skool Community).
2. No Guarantees of Results
The Products provide strategy, frameworks, and guidance relating to growth, sales, and conversion psychology.
No guarantees are made regarding:
• Income
• Sales
• Business growth
• Social media growth
• Client acquisition
• Any specific financial or business outcome
Results depend on multiple factors including but not limited to:
• Individual effort
• Consistency
• Skill level
• Market conditions
• Proper implementation
By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own results.
Any testimonials, examples, or case studies are illustrative only and do not guarantee similar outcomes.
3. Implementation Responsibility
These Products require action and implementation.
Failure to implement the strategies provided does not constitute grounds for a refund.
The Products are not “get rich quick” schemes and require sustained effort over time.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Products, all sales are final. Once you download or join content you will lose your14 day right to cancel.
Upon purchase and immediate access to digital content, you waive your right to cancel under the 14-day cooling-off period (where applicable under consumer law).
No refunds will be issued once access has been granted.
Any exception is made solely at the discretion of the Product owner and does not establish precedent.
5. Intellectual Property & Usage
All content included within the Products is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Purchase grants a single-user, non-transferable license for personal use only.
You may not:
• Share login credentials
• Distribute or reproduce materials
• Resell or sublicense any content
• Upload materials to third-party platforms
• Claim the content as your own
Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
6. Support Scope
Support (if offered) is limited to:
• Clarification of product material
• Technical assistance related to access
Support does not include:
• Personalised business advice
• 1:1 "mentoring"
• Content creation
• Daily accountability
• On-demand responses
Response time is typically 24–48 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Excessive or inappropriate support requests may be declined. This is to create appropriate seller to buyer boundaries, and these should not be overstepped.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Product owner shall not be liable for:
• Loss of profits
• Loss of revenue
• Business interruption
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Platform outages or technical failures outside of their control
Use of the Products is at your own risk.
AFFILIATE TERMS
The following terms apply to individuals promoting the Products as affiliates.
8. Affiliate Participation
Upon purchase of the Growth & Sales Products, customers may receive access to an affiliate link to promote the Products.
Participation in the affiliate programme is optional.
By using an affiliate link to promote the Products, you agree to comply with these Affiliate Terms.
The Product owner reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate access at any time if these Terms are violated.
9. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn 80% commission on confirmed sales generated through their unique affiliate link.
Commission is only payable on completed purchases that are not refunded, disputed, or charged back.
Payout details:
• Minimum payout threshold: 80%
• Payment schedule: automatic through Stan Store or Beacons
• Payment method: automatic through Stan Store or Beacons
Commission rates may be adjusted at any time. But it is highly unlikely.
10. Commission Eligibility
Affiliate commission is earned on completed purchases only.
If a purchase is refunded, disputed, or charged back, no commission is payable for that transaction.
Commission is calculated based on successful, non-refunded sales only.
11. Prohibited Affiliate Conduct
Affiliates may not:
• Make false or exaggerated income claims
• Guarantee results
• Misrepresent the Products
• Engage in misleading marketing practices
• Send unsolicited spam
• Bid on brand terms in paid advertising (unless authorised)
• Impersonate the Product owner
Violation may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
12. Independent Contractor Status
Affiliates act as independent contractors.
Participation does not create:
• Employment
• Partnership
• Joint venture
• Agency relationship
Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes and legal obligations.
13. Modifications
These Terms may be updated at any time.
Continued purchase, use, or promotion of the Products constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Product Format & Delivery Clause
Right to Modify Format and Hosting
By purchasing this product, you acknowledge and agree that Sofia Digital Sales reserves the right to update, modify, or change the format, structure, and delivery method of this product at any time, without prior notice.
This includes but is not limited to changes in:
∙ The platform or tool used to host or deliver the product (for example, moving from a PDF to an online platform, or vice versa)
∙ The format in which content is presented (written, video, audio, or otherwise)
∙ The structure or layout of the content
Any such changes will not affect the core value or subject matter of the product purchased. You will retain access to the product in its updated form. No refunds will be issued solely on the basis of a format or hosting change.
Community Access & Approval
Access to the private community included with the Growth & Sales Blueprint is subject to manual approval. While most requests are approved much sooner, please allow up to 24 hours for your request to be reviewed and accepted after purchase.
Access will only be granted to individuals who have purchased the product through an authorised link or platform. Any suspicious, incomplete, or unverifiable requests may be delayed or declined.
1:1 Work With Me Terms and Conditions
Payment is due in full before the programme begins. Payment plan providers like Klarna or Clearpay CAN be used. The programme runs for thirty consecutive days from the agreed start date, not from payment date.
A maximum of five clients are accepted per calendar month. Your spot is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
All calls must be scheduled in advance using the booking link provided. Missed calls that are not rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice cannot be guaranteed a replacement slot within the programme period.
This programme is non-refundable once the start date has passed. If you wish to cancel before the programme begins a full refund will be issued within 7 days of your request.
All strategy, content, and materials developed during the programme are for your personal business use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
Results are not guaranteed. The programme provides strategic guidance, education, and support based on Sofia's experience and expertise. Your results depend entirely on your own effort, consistency, and implementation of what you are provided with.
Sofia reserves the right to terminate the programme without refund in the event of abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour.
