Nature of Services
Soul Care by Eileen provides intuitive guidance, oracle readings, spiritual reflection, and supportive wellness-based offerings intended to encourage self-reflection, personal insight, and emotional support.
All offerings are for educational, spiritual, and personal development purposes only.
Soul Care services are not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, legal advice, financial advice, or any other licensed professional service. Clients are encouraged to seek qualified professional support when appropriate.
Client Responsibility
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes before, during, and after participating in any Soul Care offering.
Guidance shared during a reading is intended to support reflection and personal insight. No specific outcomes, predictions, guarantees, or results are promised.
Payments
Payment is required in full at the time of booking or purchase.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change at any time without notice.
Refund Policy
Due to the personalized and energetic nature of these services, all sales are final.
No refunds will be issued once an offering has been purchased, booked, or delivered.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
For live Soul Care Readings:
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
Missed sessions or no-shows are non-refundable.
In the event of an emergency, please reach out directly and accommodations may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Delivery Timeframes
Soul Care Note and Soul Care Reflection delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly depending on volume and availability.
If an unexpected delay occurs, you will be notified via email.
Intellectual Property
All content provided by Soul Care by Eileen, including written readings, voice recordings, PDFs, guides, graphics, branding, and website content, remains the intellectual property of Soul Care by Eileen.
Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Confidentiality
Information shared through intake forms, readings, and sessions will be treated with care and confidentiality.
However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed through electronic communication platforms, email services, or third-party software providers.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soul Care by Eileen shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in any offering, session, reading, website, or related service.
By purchasing a service, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.
