I am also a survivor of Complex PTSD. I have sat on both sides of the chair. And that changes everything about how I show up in a session.

This is not generic talk therapy.

This is a 60-minute session built around you — your history, your nervous system, your patterns, your pain — and what it would take to begin moving differently.

In our time together we may explore:

How your childhood shaped your adult relationships.

Why your nervous system keeps reacting the way it does.

The patterns you keep repeating and why they made sense once.

What safety actually feels like in a body that has never fully known it.

Where you are in your healing — and what the next honest step looks like.

You do not need a diagnosis to book this session. You just need to be ready to tell the truth.

THIS SESSION IS FOR YOU IF:

You have been in therapy before and still feel stuck.

You understand your patterns intellectually but can’t seem to change them.

You feel like you are too much — or not enough — in your relationships.

You are exhausted from managing everything alone.
