3.4 Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the personal, intuitive, and time-intensive nature of our services, all sales are generally final. We do not offer refunds for completed readings, delivered digital products, or services already rendered.
Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Soul Desire Tarot LLC in the following circumstances:

• A duplicate charge was made in error

Live sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice or missed without contact may be forfeited at the discretion of Soul Desire Tarot LLC.
