TERMS & CONDITIONS — CreatiQ Lab

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing any digital products from CreatiQ Lab. By completing a purchase through our store, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. ABOUT US
CreatiQ Lab is a sole trader business operated by Shagufta Hussain, based in the United Kingdom. We create and sell AI-enhanced digital productivity templates for professionals.

2. DEFINITIONS
• "Products" refers to the digital templates, tools, and resources sold through our store, including but not limited to Notion templates with integrated AI prompts.
• "Customer," "You," or "Your" refers to the individual purchasing and/or using our Products.
• "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to CreatiQ Lab.
• "Store" refers to our online storefront hosted at stan.store/CreatiQLab.
3. PRODUCTS & DELIVERY
All products sold by CreatiQ Lab are digital products. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased product(s) via one of the following methods:
• A direct link to duplicate a Notion template to your own Notion workspace.
• A downloadable file delivered to the email address provided at checkout.
Delivery is typically instant. If you do not receive your product within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us at the.creatiqlab@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders already placed.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe via our StanStore platform. We do not store your payment card details. All transactions are subject to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.
5. REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been delivered (i.e., the Notion template link or download has been provided), we are unable to offer refunds.
This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which state that the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun with the consumer's consent.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and consent to immediate delivery of the digital product and understand that this waives your right to a cooling-off period.
Exceptions:
We will consider a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:
• You did not receive the product and we are unable to resolve the delivery issue.
• The product is materially different from what was described on the product listing.
• The product is defective or non-functional and we are unable to provide a working version.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase to the.creatiqlab@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
6. LICENCE & USAGE RIGHTS
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own personal or professional use.
You MAY:
• Duplicate the Notion template to your own workspace.
• Customise and modify the template for your personal use.
• Use the included AI prompts for your own professional purposes.
You MAY NOT:
• Resell, redistribute, or share the product (or any modified version) with others.
• Offer the product as a free download or giveaway.
• Claim the product as your own creation.
• Use the product to create a competing product or service.
• Share your Notion template link with anyone who has not purchased the product.
Each purchase entitles one (1) individual to use the product. If you wish to use the product for a team or organisation, please contact us for multi-user licensing options.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All products, content, designs, AI prompts, branding, and materials created by CreatiQ Lab remain the intellectual property of CreatiQ Lab. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property — it grants a licence to use the product as described in Section 6.
The CreatiQ Lab name, logo, and associated branding are the property of CreatiQ Lab and may not be used without express written permission.
8. AI PROMPTS DISCLAIMER
Our products include AI prompts designed to be used with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar services. Please note:
• AI-generated outputs may vary in quality and accuracy. CreatiQ Lab does not guarantee specific results from AI prompt usage.
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before using it professionally.
• AI prompts are provided as productivity tools and should not be considered professional advice (career, legal, financial, or otherwise).
• Access to third-party AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) is not included with your purchase and is subject to those platforms' own terms and pricing.
9. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
Our products are built for use with Notion (www.notion.so). A free or paid Notion account is required to use our templates. CreatiQ Lab is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Notion Labs, Inc.
Our store is hosted by Stan Store (stan.store). Payments are processed by Stripe. These third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies which we encourage you to review.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
CreatiQ Lab provides digital productivity templates on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure our products are high quality, functional, and as described, we make no warranties or guarantees regarding:
• Specific outcomes or results from using our products.
• Compatibility with all devices, browsers, or Notion account types.
• Uninterrupted access to products (which may be affected by third-party platform availability).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatiQ Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the amount paid for that product.
11. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY
We collect and process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. When you make a purchase, we collect:
• Your name and email address (required for order fulfilment).
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not see or store your card details).
We use your data to fulfil your order and, only if you have opted in, to send you marketing communications about new products and updates. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
12. UPDATES TO PRODUCTS
CreatiQ Lab may update or improve products from time to time. Where possible, existing customers will be notified of significant updates. However, we are under no obligation to provide updates, and access to future updates is not guaranteed with your purchase unless explicitly stated.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our store. Your continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
We recommend reviewing these terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document indicates when these terms were most recently revised.
