Scheduling Calls (if applicable)
If your purchase includes a 1:1 call, you are responsible for booking and attending. Calls are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, email info@staciashepherd.com with the subject: “CALL CANCELLATION – [date/time]” at least 48 hours in advance. Missed or late cancellations may forfeit the session.
