PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING THIS SERVICE.

Terms & Conditions for Phone Actress, Foot Model, and Virtual Companion Consultations

Refund Policy:

Once the consultation session has taken place, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. We are committed to delivering valuable insights and guidance during your session, and our refund policy reflects our dedication to providing a high-quality experience.

Rescheduling:

We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we offer flexibility when it comes to rescheduling your consultation. Customers are permitted to reschedule their consultation within a 30-day window from the original booking date.

To initiate a rescheduling request, customers must provide notice at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled start of the session. For example, if a session is originally booked for 10/25/23 at 6:00 pm, the customer will have until 11/25/23 at 6:00 pm to reschedule the session without incurring any additional fees.

However, please note that in the event of a late arrival, we offer a 5-minute grace period. If a client arrives within this 5-minute grace period, the session will proceed as scheduled. However, if a client arrives more than 10 minutes late without providing prior notice, the session is officially considered missed, and no refunds will be given for missed consultations. Additionally, rescheduling the missed session will only be possible with an additional fee.

We encourage all customers to plan accordingly and communicate any rescheduling needs or potential delays in advance to ensure a smooth and satisfying consultation experience.

These terms and conditions are designed to provide clarity and fairness for all participants in our Phone Actress, Foot Model, and Virtual Companion Consultations. Your understanding and compliance with these policies are greatly appreciated.

Terms & Conditions: Casual Conversation Service

  1. Refund Policy:

    • Once the conversation session has taken place, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

  2. Rescheduling:

    • Customers are allowed to reschedule their conversation session within a 30-day window from the original booking date.

    • For rescheduling, a notice must be provided at least 1 hour prior to the start of the session.

    • For example, if a session is booked for 10/25/23 at 6:00 pm, the customer will have until 11/25/23 at 6:00 pm to reschedule the session without incurring any additional fees.

    • In case of a missed session without providing the required notice, the option to reschedule for free is forfeited, and no refund will be provided for the missed session.

  3. Session Duration and Unused Time:

    • Each session is set for a duration of 30 minutes.

    • There will be no refunds for any unused minutes within this timeframe.

    • Unused minutes from a session will not be carried over to subsequent bookings.

  4. Conduct and Content:

    • Discussing the prohibited topics (personal questions, politics, religion) is strictly forbidden.

    • In case these topics are broached, the customer will receive a single warning.

    • If the customer continues to discuss the prohibited topics after the warning, the session will be terminated immediately without a refund.

    • Additionally, the customer will be barred from booking any future services.

By booking a session, you hereby acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to adhere may result in the termination of the service without any compensation.
