Customers may:

Share brief quotes or short excerpts on social media when clear credit is given to Carl A. Givens II, The Fifth Point, or State Above.
Customers may not:
Resell or redistribute the product.
Upload or share the complete product with others.
Copy or reproduce substantial portions of the product.
Rebrand the product or claim it as their own work.
Use the product in another paid eBook, course, coaching program, digital product, membership, or other commercial offering without prior written permission.
No Private Label Rights (PLR), Master Resell Rights (MRR), or resale rights are included with any purchase unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Payments
You agree to pay the listed price for any product you purchase through the Site.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe or other providers made available through Stan.
Prices may change at any time. Temporary promotional or discounted pricing does not entitle previous purchasers to a refund or price adjustment.
Digital Product Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to the device or account used to receive and download the product.
If a technical issue prevents delivery of a purchased product, reasonable efforts will be made to provide access to the product or otherwise resolve the issue.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of downloadable products, all sales are final, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
If a customer is unable to receive or access a purchased product because of a verified technical issue that cannot reasonably be resolved, a replacement download or refund may be provided as appropriate.
