November is the month we talk about being thankful, so I made a journal to help make it a habit. One page a day for 30 days, with a little manifesting mixed in.
Each day has a gratitude prompt, room for three things you're grateful for, an affirmation and one small step toward something you'd like to bring into your life. You start by writing your intentions for the season and end by looking back at how things have changed.
What's included (22 pages):
My intentions page: what I'm calling in, how I want to feel, what I'm letting go of and my own "I am" statements
30 daily pages with a prompt, three things I'm grateful for, an affirmation and one small step
A 30-day tracker and cut-out gratitude jar slips
8 Thanksgiving table cards so everyone at dinner can share what they're thankful for
A "letter from future me" page and an end of month reflection
A printable US Letter PDF and a tablet PDF for GoodNotes or Notability with clickable tabs
It's undated, so you can start November 1st or any day you need a reset. This journal is for reflection. It isn't therapy and doesn't replace professional support.
