You’ve spent so much time being there for everyone else. Now you’re wondering what needs to change for you—and where to start.

The Reality Check-In is a private, one-on-one conversation with me, Tabitha Lynn, for women who feel pulled in every direction or stuck in a situation they keep circling.

Bring one situation, decision, or area of life that needs your attention. Together, we’ll:

• Explore what’s happening and how you’re looking at it.

• Identify what matters to you and what’s within your control.

• Consider another perspective.

• Choose one realistic action you can take next.

Before we meet, you’ll answer a few short questions so we can spend our time focused on what you need.

You don’t need to have the right words or everything figured out. We’ll start where you are.

This is coaching grounded in lived experience, reflection, and practical action. It is not therapy or mental health treatment. For adults 18+.
