What You’ll Get Inside the Tutor Resource Hub

When you join the Tutor Resource Hub, you’ll receive access to a shared drive filled with high-quality, ready-to-use tutoring resources designed to save you time and make lesson planning easier.

The hub is carefully organised so you can quickly find what you need. Resources are broken down by key stage, including:

• EYFS

• Lower Key Stage 1

• Lower Key Stage 2

• Upper Key Stage 2

You’ll also find dedicated folders for common tutoring needs, such as:

• Holiday-themed resources

• Phonics split into phases

• 11+ preparation

• Assessment Resources

• Picture banks and templates

Inside the drive you’ll find engaging, themed sessions and ready-to-go activities for both Maths and English. These are resources you can pick up and run immediately with your students, helping you reduce planning time while still delivering high-quality lessons. Simply upload the PDF into Canva and tweak to suit your learners!

Themes include:

• Sports (football, basketball, swimming, tennis, golf etc.)

• Books/Films (Mario, Magic Faraway Tree, BFG, Avatar, Star Wars, Toy Story, Harry Potter etc.)

• Games (Pokemon, Top Trumps, Fortnite, Roblox, Legend of Zelda, Minecraft etc.)

• Other popular choices (Dragons, sweets, fashion design, Taylor Swift, pirates, baking etc.)

Most importantly, the Tutor Resource Hub will continue to grow over time. As tutors contribute their own resources, the library will expand, meaning the hub will only become bigger, richer, and more valuable for everyone inside.

Accessing the Hub

Once you’ve joined, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to the shared drive (please check your junk folder just in case). Ella will then grant you access to the hub within 2 working days.

Please do make sure you read the 'READ THIS FIRST' file at the top of the drive once you're in there!
