These Affiliate Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern participation in the Legacy Wealth Writers Affiliate Program. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Affiliate Program Overview

The Legacy Wealth Writers Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to promote and resell access to the Legacy Wealth Writers Program in exchange for a commission per sale.

Affiliates are independent contractors and are not employees, partners, or representatives of Legacy Wealth Writers.

2. Pricing Policy (Strict Pricing Rule)

Affiliates are authorized to sell the Legacy Wealth Writers Program ONLY at the set price of $47.99 USD.

Affiliates may NOT:

  • Sell for less than $47.99

  • Sell for more than $47.99

  • Offer discounts, coupons, rebates, or bonuses that reduce the effective price

  • Bundle the program with other products to change the effective price

  • Advertise misleading pricing

Violation of the pricing policy may result in immediate removal from the affiliate program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Affiliates are authorized to sell the Possessions to Online Profits Program ONLY at the set price of $147.99 USD.

Affiliates may NOT:

  • Sell for less than $147.99

  • Sell for more than $147.99

  • Offer discounts, coupons, rebates, or bonuses that reduce the effective price

  • Bundle the program with other products to change the effective price

  • Advertise misleading pricing

Violation of the pricing policy may result in immediate removal from the affiliate program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

3. Commission Payments

Affiliates will receive a commission for each completed and verified sale made through their affiliate link or approved payment method.

Commission payments:

  • Are paid per confirmed sale

  • Are subject to refund and chargeback policies

  • Will be paid according to the affiliate payment schedule

  • May be withheld in cases of fraud, refund abuse, or policy violations

4. Refunds and Chargebacks

If a customer requests a refund or files a chargeback, the corresponding affiliate commission may be reversed or deducted from future payouts.

Affiliates may not:

  • Encourage customers to purchase and request refunds

  • Misrepresent the program to generate sales

  • Make income claims that are not accurate or guaranteed

5. Marketing Guidelines

Affiliates agree to market the Legacy Wealth Writers & Possessions to Online Profits Program honestly and ethically.

Affiliates may NOT:

  • Make false income claims

  • Claim the program is a job, employment, or guaranteed income

  • Use spam messages or unsolicited mass messaging

  • Use misleading advertisements

  • Pretend to be the company owner or official representative

  • Run paid ads using the Legacy Wealth Writers name without permission

  • Use copyrighted or branded materials without permission

Approved marketing includes:

  • Social media posts

  • Personal testimonials

  • Educational content

  • Email marketing (to your own list)

  • Videos and tutorials

6. Intellectual Property

The Legacy Wealth Writers & Possessions to Online Profits name, logo, training materials, and program content are the intellectual property of Legacy Wealth Writers and may not be copied, resold, shared, or redistributed outside of authorized affiliate promotion.

Affiliates may use approved logos, images, and marketing materials for promotional purposes only.

7. Termination

Legacy Wealth Writers & Possessions to Online Profits reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for:

  • Pricing violations

  • Misleading marketing

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Abuse of the affiliate program

  • Violation of these terms

Upon termination, affiliate links may be deactivated and unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

8. Independent Contractor Status

Affiliates are independent contractors and are responsible for:

  • Their own taxes

  • Their own business expenses

  • Their own marketing methods

  • Compliance with local laws and regulations

9. Income Disclaimer

Legacy Wealth Writers & Possesions to Online Profits does not guarantee income or earnings. Results vary based on individual effort, consistency, marketing, and other factors.

10. Agreement
