You know you probably have many hidden talents and skills- things that are probably easy for you, and maybe you just presume it comes easily for everyone?
For example- I am a super visual and creative person and I can see the BIG picture- ESPECIALLY for individual businesses.
I can see a person's strengths and see an entire business they could be doing right now.. and I can also see HOW they can turn it into it a viable offer- online/virtually or in person.
And I can do it for ANY area- any business!
I'm not trying to brag here- and I definitely- definitely- have my flaws! But I just see things visually and creatively- these are where my strengths lie. And I always thought everyone could easily see this for themselves! But, rather than contunuing to make myself feel bad that I may not have the same skills that others do, I realized this IS my strength. And my passion.
At one time, I thought no one would need this because everyone could see their own skills and strengths, right? And of course they would know how to use them to build a business- wouldn't they? But now I realize it's not that common.
As customers and clients and people I know retire, or get laid off, I can see the whole picture of what business they could do/start. And because it's based on things they enjoy and are good at- they get excited- because it is easy for them and comes naturally!

There hasn't been one area I've come across that I couldn't help create a business around!
For instance- one friend was starting a business and wasn't sure how to get new clients. Since it was a skincare line I suggested she do GRWM ("get ready with me") posts and just talk about anything and people would probably ask what she was using. Then to do some talking about the benefits if her product and her biz took off. She garnered so much attention a beauty biz hired her to do some vids for them. All while being herself and getting ready!
Another friend talked about retiring and what to do when he was done with the formal job (as a physical trainer), so I suggested choosing his fav things about what he taught (proper form, progressions, consistency, injuries, etc) and doing some vids on those topics. And he did and people asked questions and then wanted to hire him for personal virtual sessions which he does now- Part-time, but with way more profit than before.
The possibilities are endless for you as well.
I met another person who was recently let go from a job and is floundering - I looked at their strengths and suggested they continue doing what they know and love doing, but as an independent contractor - maybe even business-to-business, or help individuals, as well. He sent out some emails to some businesses and was hired as a consultant. Fun, right?
Another client has been working as a mechanic/garage owner and wants to look into slowing the pace- again- online classes and workshops are so needed- most people can't change a tire or check their oil or tire pressure. Helping people understand what issues are big issues and how to find help and maintain their cars is something everyone needs. (Even basics like checking oil and tire pressure and doing that on your own is something everyone could learn).
And another example is a lawyer that's being "job reduced" (is that even a thing) and I said "let's set up some social media and entrepreneurs will be flocking to you to chat about trademarks and name registration, as well as going over all the fine-tooth details small businesses don't know about of usually spend time doing. She is helping so many entrepreneurs and is starting to do courses, classes, workshops, etc. The sky is the limit! (There are no limits, actually).
