Enzi Frenzi

This cookie is named after my Grandson, Enzio. I added all the treats he loves into this chocolate chip based cookie. He is my taste tester and chief cookie critic and he gives this cookie a big thumbs up and loves that I named it after him. I didn’t stuff this one (you can if you like) but I thought it had enough mix-ins. We love the saltiness of the chips in this cookie and we hope you love it too!
