THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIRD-PARTY SERVICE FAILURES (INCLUDING PAYMENT PROCESSORS SUCH AS STRIPE). DUE TO THE DIGITAL NATURE OF PRODUCTS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO REFUNDS ARE OFFERED.
You agree to pay all fees associated with your purchase and provide a valid payment method. Prices may change at any time without notice.
If your purchase includes calls with the Company, you are responsible for scheduling them. All calls are non-refundable. To cancel or reschedule, email support@tgnadvisory.com with the subject line “CALL CANCELLATION – [date & time]” at least 48 hours in advance. Missed or late-cancelled calls are forfeited.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with exclusive jurisdiction in Orange County, Florida. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force.
