Booking, Deposit & Session Policy
By booking a service with TDP Holding Group, doing business as TaeeDaProducer (βTaeeDaProducerβ), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and policies.
Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. Your requested date and time are not officially reserved until the deposit has been received.
The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your booking. Unless a payment plan or alternative arrangement has been approved in writing, the entire remaining balance must be paid no later than the conclusion of the scheduled shoot.
If the remaining balance is not paid in full by the end of the shoot, the client forfeits the right to receive any photos, videos, footage, clips, edits, previews, raw files, or other deliverables associated with the session. No content will be released while a balance remains unpaid. All payments already made, including the deposit, will remain non-refundable.
TaeeDaProducer is not responsible for storing or preserving files from an unpaid project. Unpaid project files and footage may be permanently deleted 30 days after the scheduled shoot unless a different arrangement has been approved in writing.
Deposits are non-refundable because the appointment time is reserved specifically for the client and is no longer available to others once the booking is confirmed.
Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule a shoot by providing at least 72 hoursβ notice before the scheduled start time.
A deposit may be transferred one time to a new available date occurring within 30 days of the original scheduled shoot date. Rescheduling is subject to TaeeDaProducerβs availability.
Rescheduling requests submitted fewer than 72 hours before the scheduled start time may require a new deposit. This will be determined based on availability, expenses incurred, and any preparation or production work already completed.
Any additional rescheduling request will require a new deposit unless otherwise approved in writing.
Cancellations & No-Shows
If a client cancels a booking, the deposit and any other non-refundable payments will not be returned.
A client will be considered a no-show if they fail to arrive or communicate within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time. No-shows, same-day cancellations, and arrivals more than 30 minutes late may result in cancellation of the session.
If the session is canceled for any of these reasons, all payments already made will remain non-refundable, and a new deposit will be required to book another session.
Late Arrivals
Clients must arrive on time and prepared to begin. The session starts at the scheduled timeβnot at the time the client arrives.
A late arrival will not extend the original session time. The session will still end at the scheduled time, and the amount of content completed may be reduced as a result.
Additional time may be available for an extra fee, subject to TaeeDaProducerβs schedule and approval. Additional time is not guaranteed.
Shoot Preparation
Clients are responsible for arriving prepared with all necessary outfits, props, products, locations, music, participants, and other items required for the shoot unless otherwise discussed and approved before the session.
Requests for assistance with creative direction, concepts, locations, outfits, shot planning, or other production needs must be communicated before the scheduled shoot date. Additional planning or production services may require an additional fee.
Delays caused by missing items, unprepared participants, wardrobe issues, location problems, or other matters within the clientβs control will count toward the clientβs scheduled session time.
Creative Direction & Final Edits
TaeeDaProducer will use professional creative judgment when directing, filming, photographing, selecting, and editing content.
Clients are encouraged to provide reference photos, inspiration, brand guidelines, and creative ideas before the session. References will be used as inspiration, but an exact recreation or identical result is not guaranteed.
The number and type of final edited photos, videos, or other deliverables will be based on the package purchased or the terms agreed to in writing.
Raw or unedited files are not included unless they are specifically included in the purchased package, purchased separately, or approved in writing.
Turnaround Time
Turnaround times vary depending on the service, package, project requirements, and current production schedule. An estimated delivery timeframe will be communicated after booking or after the shoot.
Turnaround time begins once the shoot has been completed, the balance has been paid in full, and TaeeDaProducer has received all information or materials required from the client.
Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee, depending on the project schedule. Rush service must be requested and approved in writing and is not guaranteed.
Client Conduct
Clients and their guests are expected to treat all team members, participants, locations, and equipment with respect.
TaeeDaProducer reserves the right to stop or end a session immediately if any client or guest engages in unsafe, threatening, abusive, disrespectful, discriminatory, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate behavior.
If a session is ended because of client or guest conduct, the client will not receive a refund and may be responsible for any property damage, additional expenses, or losses caused by that conduct.
Usage & Promotional Rights
Unless the client opts out in writing before the shoot, TaeeDaProducer may use photos, videos, and other content created during the session for its portfolio, website, social media, advertising, promotional materials, and other marketing purposes.
A request to keep the content private must be submitted and approved in writing before the scheduled shoot. Any separate confidentiality or nondisclosure requirements must also be agreed to in writing before the shoot.
Policy Acceptance
By submitting a deposit, making a payment, or proceeding with a booked service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Booking, Deposit & Session Policy.
