Get your first invert or build one that feels stronger, cleaner, and more consistent.
Strength training and aerial conditioning designed specifically for aerialists on pole, lyra, and fabric.
Is this you?
If you've been...
❌ Getting close, but your hips never seem to get high enough
❌ Swinging into your invert instead of controlling it
❌ Feeling strong in class but struggling to repeat your invert consistently
❌ Wondering why everyone else seems to "just get it"
You're not alone.
Most aerialists don't need more attempts.
They need strength that supports the movement.
Why You Can't Invert
Pull
Create a strong foundation through your shoulders, lats, and upper back.
Compression
Build the strength to lift your hips, not just your knees.
Hip Drive
Finish the movement with power and control.
Timing & Control
Connect each phase into one smooth, confident invert.
If one of these pieces is missing, the whole movement becomes harder.

You're working toward your first invert
You can invert but it doesn't feel consistent
Your hips don't get high enough
-You don't know what to train outside of class

How It Works
Choose between The Base (1 gym session) or The Split (2 gym sessions) depending on your schedule.
Follow guided strength workouts and aerial conditioning designed around each phase of the invert.
Build a stronger, cleaner, and more repeatable invert that transfers directly into your aerial training.
Here's What You Get:
Structured Weekly Plan

A clear training plan that tells you exactly what to do each week, whether you choose The Base or The Split.
Strength Training Demo Library

We use weighted resistance training as a foundation to build strength for our inversions. Every exercise includes a demonstration so you know exactly how to perform it with confidence. There are also home modifications included which each, so you can perform them wherever you are!
Aerial Conditioning Demo Library

This is where we put our strength to use in targeted aerial conditioning sessions on the apparatus. Each exercise includes progressions and modifications to meet you where you are.
Coaching Videos

Learn why each exercise matters, what to focus on, common mistakes to avoid, and how to progress through the program.
Private Community

Join a supportive group of aerialists where you can ask questions, share wins, and stay motivated throughout your training.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be able to invert already?
Nope! This program supports both getting your first invert and improving an existing one.
Can I do this at home?
Yes, with basic equipment alternatives. There are video demonstrations for both the gym and home versions of each exercise.
Will this interfere with my aerial classes?
No. The program is designed to support and enhance them, not replace them. It should make you feel stronger in your classes!
What apparatus is this for?
Pole, lyra, and fabric (fabric drills demoed on silks, but doable on hammock/sling as well!)

Over the past few years, so many aerialists have reached out to me asking for help with their first invert or for guidance on how to make their invert feel stronger and more controlled.
At the same time, I was also working through some of my own small struggles with my invert. Even after years of training, I noticed that certain pieces like hip height, control at the top, and clean consistency were not always where I wanted them to be.
Through that process, I started connecting the dots between strength training and what was happening in the air.
I began using a more structured approach that focused on pulling strength, compression, hip drive, and upper body control. Over time, my invert started to feel easier, more consistent, and more in control.
Invert Strong is the system I built from that experience. It is designed to help you get your invert or refine it in a way that feels supported and repeatable, rather than frustrating or random.
