PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE OR PURCHASING ANY TECHRINGER PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

By using this website or purchasing any product or service from TechRinger LLC ("TechRinger," "we," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not access or use the website or services.

1. Eligibility and Restrictions Based on Affiliation

Individuals who are current employees, contractors, agents, representatives, or affiliates of Palo Alto Networks, Inc. (“PANW”), or any of its subsidiaries, are strictly prohibited from purchasing, accessing, enrolling in, or otherwise engaging with any TechRinger content, repositories, services, or platforms without the express written consent of TechRinger. Any unauthorized access will be considered a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action and liability for damages.

By accessing this site or using TechRinger services, you represent and warrant that you are not affiliated with PANW unless explicitly authorized.

2. Use of Website and Content

All content made available through TechRinger—including but not limited to text, training modules, videos, source code, private repositories, tools, workflows, scripts, audio, design elements, and AI-powered services ("Content")—is the intellectual property of TechRinger and/or its third-party providers.

TechRinger grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Content solely for your personal or internal business use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, sell, republish, or exploit any portion of the Content without prior written consent from TechRinger.

Commercial use, integration into other platforms, competitive analysis, or any use beyond personal/internal application requires a separate commercial license.

3. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, and other identifiers are the property of TechRinger or its content providers. Unauthorized use may violate trademark, copyright, or other laws and will be enforced accordingly.

User-submitted feedback or suggestions become the sole property of TechRinger without compensation or attribution, and may be used for any commercial or non-commercial purpose.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to private repositories or services

  • Use the services in a way that could compete with TechRinger offerings

  • Share or resell access to any AI services, tools, or training without permission

  • Violate these Terms or applicable law

5. Access to Digital Assets, Repositories, and AI Tools

Certain products include access to proprietary source code repositories, AI workflows, automation guides, or specialized digital tools. These are licensed to you as digital assets and are subject to access controls and monitoring.

You may not:

  • Share your access credentials

  • Use automated tools to extract or scrape repository content

  • Attempt to replicate, clone, or sell derivative products based on the materials

All digital access is revocable at TechRinger’s sole discretion.

6. Security and Data Privacy

TechRinger implements commercially reasonable efforts to secure your information but cannot guarantee absolute protection from unauthorized access. By using the services, you accept this risk.

All use is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to proprietary materials, all sales are final. TechRinger reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to issue a refund or credit in exceptional cases.

If a product becomes unavailable before download or if technical issues unreasonably delay delivery, TechRinger may offer a replacement or refund.

8. Earnings and Outcome Disclaimer

TechRinger makes no guarantees about user results, financial gain, or success from using its content, services, or training. You are solely responsible for how you apply the materials and the results thereof.

All content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Third-Party Providers

TechRinger may integrate with or rely on services like Google Cloud, Discord, Microsoft, Slack, GitHub, or Stripe. You agree that such services are governed by their respective agreements, and TechRinger is not responsible for failures or delays caused by them.

10. Booking Calls or Consultations

If your purchase includes a 1:1 call or session:

  • All calls must be scheduled by you

  • Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance via email to support@techringer.net

  • Missed calls or late cancellations are non-refundable

11. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable U.S. export control laws. You may not access, use, or export TechRinger products in violation of these laws or to embargoed countries or prohibited individuals.

12. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TechRinger or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or service interruptions, even if advised of the possibility.

TechRinger’s total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TechRinger, its officers, agents, partners, and affiliates from any and all claims or demands, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of law. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in Williamson County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein.

15. Modifications and Updates

TechRinger reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with the updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
