11. PAYMENT TERMS & PURCHASE POLICY

Payments may be processed through Stan Store and its authorized payment processing providers.
All educational program and digital product purchases are considered final except as required by law, expressly provided by the product's refund terms, or otherwise approved by the Company.
Promotional pricing, discounts, and special offers do not create an entitlement to a refund of a previous purchase.

13. CONSULTATIONS, CLASSES & SCHEDULING

Students are responsible for scheduling and attending sessions included in their purchases.
Requests to cancel or reschedule an appointment must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

Missed appointments or cancellation requests received with less than 48 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the scheduled session, except where otherwise required by law or agreed by the Company.
14. STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES & INDEMNIFICATION
Students agree to use all Billionaire Wealth Academy educational resources lawfully and responsibly.
Students may not use our materials for fraud, misrepresentation, unauthorized access to information, or unlawful financial activities.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, students agree to indemnify Billionaire Wealth Academy against third-party claims arising from their unlawful conduct or material violations of these Terms.
15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Billionaire Wealth Academy may use third-party platforms to process payments, host educational content, schedule sessions, or deliver digital products.
These platforms may include Stan Store and other approved service providers.
The Company is not responsible for disruptions originating solely from third-party systems outside its reasonable control.
Any applicable third-party terms also govern use of those providers' services.
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to applicable laws governing venue and consumer rights, disputes arising under these Terms shall be brought before the appropriate state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
If any provision is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
17. CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

18. FINAL SALE & REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAW.
Due to the digital nature of our educational materials, including courses, workbooks, downloadable templates, training videos, and educational resources, refunds generally will not be issued once the product has been delivered or access has been provided.
