Worldschooling Club is a Membership-based educational and community service providing digital learning resources, live online sessions, educational discussions, and community interaction opportunities for families.
The Services are provided for general educational, informational, and enrichment purposes only. Worldschooling Club is not a school, accredited educational institution, or childcare provider.
Participation in the Services does not create any formal teacher-student or supervisory relationship between Worldschooling Club and any Member or Participating Family Member.
Primary Members remain fully responsible for the supervision, wellbeing, education, safety, and participation of all children and family members accessing the Services.
3. Information and Member Responsibility
The Worldschooling Club does not offer legal, financial, immigration, travel, medical, or professional advice.
Any opinions, experiences, examples, discussions, recommendations, or information shared through the Services, Community Spaces, Content, Live Sessions, or by other members are provided for general informational and educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice or guarantees of outcome.
Primary Members remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, risk assessments, travel arrangements, legal compliance, financial choices, healthcare decisions, and personal circumstances. Worldschooling Club accepts no responsibility for actions taken, decisions made, or outcomes arising from reliance on information, discussions, examples, or perceived recommendations shared within the community or Services.
4. Community Nature of the Membership
Worldschooling Club is a community-based educational Membership.
As with any online community, Primary Members and Participating Family Members may naturally choose to communicate with one another, build friendships, share experiences, or independently arrange online or in-person meetups.
Any such interactions, conversations, video calls, meetups, travel plans or private arrangements between Members (including Primary Members and Participating Family Members) are entirely voluntary and undertaken at each family’s own discretion and responsibility.
Primary Members remain fully responsible for the supervision, safety, wellbeing, and participation of Participating Family Members at all times. Parents and carers remain fully responsible for:
supervising their children
deciding who they interact with
assessing the suitability and safety of any communication or meetup
making their own decisions regarding travel, accommodation, activities or in-person interactions
Worldschooling Club does not provide a vetting or verification service for Primary Members or Participating Family Members, and cannot guarantee the identity, background, intentions or conduct of any individual within the community.
While we do our best to foster a positive and respectful environment, families should use normal judgment and discretion when interacting with others online or in person.
5. Informal Meetups and Community Gatherings
From time to time, informal community meetups, pop-ups or gatherings may naturally arise within the community.
These are intended as optional and informal community experiences only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing:
meetups are not supervised childcare
meetups are not organised tours or travel Services
meetups are not guaranteed Membership benefits
meetups are attended entirely at the Primary Members and/or Participating Family Members own discretion and risk
meetups are not guaranteed and may be cancelled, changed, postponed, or withdrawn at short notice. Worldschooling Club accepts no responsibility for costs, losses, inconvenience, or arrangements arising from such changes or cancellations.
Parents and carers remain fully responsible for their children and personal safety during any meetup, gathering or interaction connected to the community.
Worldschooling Club accepts no responsibility for private arrangements, travel plans, accommodation choices, activities or interactions between members (Primary Members or Participating Family Members).
6. Children, Photos and Shared Content
The Primary Member must be over 18 years old. Children should participate under parental supervision and accounts cannot be transferred to minors independently
Families may choose to share photos, videos, creative work and educational activities within the community.
By sharing content within the community, you confirm that:
you have the right to share that content
you are responsible for any content you upload or distribute
you understand that other members may view the content shared within the group
Primary Members and Participating Family Members must not:
share other families’ photos, videos or personal information outside the community without permission
screenshot or redistribute private group content irresponsibly
use community content in a harmful, inappropriate or commercial way
We encourage all Primary Members and Participating Family Members to act thoughtfully and respectfully when sharing images or information involving children.
7. Safeguarding and Appropriate Conduct
Worldschooling Club is a family-focused educational community. Primary Members and Participating Family Members are expected to behave appropriately, respectfully, and responsibly within Community Spaces and during Live Sessions or community interactions.
Members must not:
engage in inappropriate, abusive, exploitative, threatening, or sexualised behaviour or communication
attempt to groom, manipulate, or exploit children or vulnerable individuals
encourage private or secret communication with children outside normal parental awareness or supervision
share inappropriate, harmful, unlawful, or explicit material within Community Spaces
Primary Members remain responsible for supervising Participating Family Members and monitoring their participation within the Services and Community Spaces.
Where Worldschooling Club reasonably believes there may be a safeguarding, safety, or welfare concern, we reserve the right to suspend access, remove content, remove individuals from the community, or take any other action reasonably considered necessary to protect members and the wider community.
Where appropriate, concerns may also be reported to relevant authorities or third-party platforms.
Sharing photographs, videos, creative work, experiences, or personal information within Community Spaces is always voluntary. While The Worldschooling Club may occasionally encourage participation or content sharing, each Primary Member remains solely responsible for deciding what content they choose to share and for protecting the privacy of Participating Family Members. Members should assume that any content voluntarily shared within Community Spaces may be viewed by other Members, and Worldschooling Club accepts no responsibility for the actions of third parties in relation to content shared voluntarily within the community.
8. Community Conduct
We want the Worldschooling Club to remain a kind, respectful and supportive environment.
By joining, Primary Members and Participating Family Members agree to:
communicate respectfully with others
avoid harmful, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour
avoid discrimination, harassment or bullying
respect privacy and boundaries within the community
avoid spam, scams or promotional misuse of the group
We reserve the right to remove posts, images, media
We reserve the right to remove Primary Members and Participating Family Members from the community where behaviour is considered unsafe, harmful, disruptive or inappropriate. In such cases the Primary member’s subscription will be cancelled and the Primary Members and Participating Family Members will not longer be able to use or access the Worldschooling Club Services or community groups.
9. Educational Content Disclaimer
All educational content provided within Worldschooling Club is intended for general educational and informational purposes only.
Parents and carers remain responsible for:
supervising activities and experiments
risk assessing activities, your environment, and equipment
assessing suitability for their child or children
ensuring safe participation in any practical activities and outdoor activities
adapting activities appropriately for their own circumstances
Some activities may require adult supervision.
10. Recording of Live Sessions and Community Content
Worldschooling Club may record Live Sessions, webinars, community calls, educational discussions, or other parts of the Services for educational, operational, quality, safeguarding, training, promotional, or community purposes.
By participating in Live Sessions or Community Spaces, Members acknowledge and accept that their participation, comments, messages, audio, video, submitted content, or shared materials may appear within recordings or related Content.
Worldschooling Club may store, use, edit, reproduce, distribute, or make recordings available to Members as part of the Services. We reserve the right to determine whether recordings are retained, shared, published, removed, or reused as part of the ongoing operation and development of the Membership.
Primary Members remain responsible for supervising the participation of Participating Family Members in any recorded environment.
Members who do not wish to appear in recordings should manage their participation accordingly, including by disabling cameras, avoiding submission of identifiable content, or choosing not to participate in recorded sessions where appropriate.
11. Intellectual Property and Use of Content
All Content provided through the Membership remains the intellectual property of Worldschooling Club unless otherwise stated.
Membership grants the Primary Member and Participating Family Members a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Content for personal educational use within their own household only.
Content must not, without prior written permission from Worldschooling Club:
be copied, redistributed, reproduced, resold, republished, uploaded, commercially exploited, or publicly shared
be shared outside the permitted household Membership use
be modified or used to create derivative commercial materials
be used for commercial teaching, group programmes, schools, tutoring businesses, or Membership communities
be uploaded to file-sharing platforms, AI training systems, public websites, or social media distribution platforms
Unauthorised use of Content may result in suspension or termination of Membership and may constitute infringement of intellectual property rights.
12. Community Photos, Media and Promotional Use
Members may choose to share photographs, videos, creative work, testimonials, comments, User Contributions, or other content within Community Spaces.
By voluntarily submitting such content, Members grant Worldschooling Club a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, edit, publish, display, distribute, and share that content in connection with the operation, development, promotion, and marketing of the Membership and Services.
Where reasonably appropriate, Worldschooling Club may use submitted content for promotional purposes, including on websites, social media platforms, advertisements, emails, presentations, promotional materials, and other marketing channels.
Worldschooling Club will use reasonable discretion when selecting and using Member-submitted content. We will not normally use identifiable images of children for public promotional purposes without additional permission from the relevant Primary Member. Where children appear in promotional content, Worldschooling Club may crop, blur, obscure, anonymise, or otherwise modify images where considered appropriate.
Members should only submit content which they have the right to share and for which they are authorised to grant the permissions described in this section.
If a Primary Member later wishes to request removal of promotional content featuring their family, Worldschooling Club will consider such requests reasonably, although removal may not always be possible where materials have already been published, distributed, archived, or incorporated into existing promotional materials.
13. Membership Payments, Cancellations and Refunds
Membership payments are recurring and will renew automatically unless cancelled by the Primary Member.
The Primary Member may cancel their Membership at any time through the relevant payment provider or account settings. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation will stop future renewals but will not normally refund payments already made for the current Subscription Period.
Where digital content or Membership access has already been provided, immediate access to the Services may reduce or remove any statutory cooling-off rights that would otherwise apply under applicable consumer law.
Except where required by law, Worldschooling Club is not obligated to provide refunds for:
partial Subscription Periods
unused Membership time
missed Live Sessions
temporary unavailability of Third-Party Platforms
changes to Membership features permitted under these Terms
Nothing in this section affects any statutory consumer rights which cannot legally be excluded.
