TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Homeschool Mom Baddie, Inc.
Effective Date: September 7, 2026
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before accessing or purchasing through the Homeschool Mom Baddie, Inc. Stan Store, related checkout pages, linked websites, communities, products, programs, or services (collectively, the "Store").
By accessing the Store, submitting an order, checking a box indicating acceptance, downloading a product, joining a membership, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access the Store or make a purchase.
In these Terms, "Company," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Homeschool Mom Baddie, Inc. "You" and "your" refer to the purchaser, Store visitor, member, or coaching client.
1. Eligibility and Adult Purchasers
The Store and our services are intended for adults who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Our products and services are sold to parents, guardians, educators, and other adults. They are not directed to children.
You are responsible for supervising any use of our materials by a child and for deciding whether any recommendation, activity, resource, or educational approach is appropriate for your family.
2. Our Products and Services
We may offer digital downloads, ebooks, prompt guides, templates, trackers, courses, workshops, memberships, communities, strategy sessions, coaching sessions, and other educational resources. The features, duration, delivery method, availability, and price of each offer are described on its sales or checkout page.
We may modify, replace, discontinue, or update an offer at any time. A change will not remove access to a completed purchase unless access was expressly sold for a limited period, the product is discontinued for legal or security reasons, or continued access depends on a third-party platform that is no longer available.
3. Educational Information Only
Our content and services provide general education, organization, personal-development, and coaching support. They are not legal, medical, mental-health, financial, tax, therapeutic, diagnostic, or special-education services.
Homeschool requirements vary by state and can change. You remain responsible for confirming current requirements with your state or local government, a qualified attorney, or another appropriate professional. You are also responsible for all decisions concerning your child's education, curriculum, instruction, evaluation, health, safety, and support needs.
Coaching is not therapy and does not create a therapist-client, attorney-client, accountant-client, medical-provider-patient, or other licensed professional relationship.
4. Artificial Intelligence and Prompt Products
Some products teach you how to use artificial-intelligence tools or include prompts intended for third-party AI platforms. AI tools can generate inaccurate, incomplete, biased, inappropriate, or outdated information. Outputs may differ between users and may change when a platform updates its technology or policies.
You agree to review and independently verify AI-generated information before relying on it. Do not enter passwords, financial account numbers, government identification numbers, medical record numbers, confidential records, or information that identifies your children into an AI tool.
We do not own, operate, or control third-party AI platforms and do not guarantee that any prompt will work the same way on every platform or remain compatible after a platform update.
5. Orders, Prices, and Payment
You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information and to pay all charges shown at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but a later price change will not alter the amount already paid for a completed purchase.
Payments are processed by Stan Store and its payment providers. We do not control their systems, approval decisions, security procedures, processing times, or separate terms. You remain responsible for any taxes, currency-conversion charges, bank fees, or other amounts imposed by your payment provider unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or not completed, we may suspend delivery or access while the matter is reviewed. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to raise a good-faith billing dispute or exercise rights available under applicable law.
6. Digital Products and Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically through a download link, email, account, or third-party platform. Nothing will be shipped unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
You are responsible for providing a working email address, checking spam or promotions folders, downloading your purchase within any stated access period, and maintaining a personal backup. If you do not receive access, contact us using the support email listed in Section 20.
7. Limited Personal-Use License
Unless a product page expressly grants different rights, your purchase gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal or household purposes.
You may print reasonable copies for your personal household use. You may not:
Share your download, login, course access, or membership access with another person;
Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, distribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any product or content;
Give the product away, include it in another offer, or upload it to a shared drive, group, marketplace, database, or AI-training system;
Remove copyright, trademark, authorship, or proprietary notices;
Claim our content, prompts, frameworks, templates, or designs as your own; or
Use our materials to create a substantially similar competing product for sale or distribution.
Teachers, co-ops, organizations, and professionals who want multi-family, classroom, group, or commercial rights must obtain written permission or a separate license from us.
8. Intellectual Property
The Store and its content—including text, videos, audio, downloads, prompts, templates, frameworks, graphics, photographs, designs, branding, and training materials—are owned by or licensed to Homeschool Mom Baddie, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
Homeschool Mom Baddie, BADDIEHOOD, associated program names, logos, slogans, and branding may not be used without prior written permission. No ownership rights are transferred to you through access or purchase.
9. Coaching and Strategy Sessions
You are responsible for selecting an available appointment time, joining the session on time, maintaining a suitable internet connection, and completing any requested pre-session questionnaire.
Unless the offer page states a different policy:
Coaching and strategy-session purchases are nonrefundable;
You may request one reschedule by giving at least 48 hours' notice;
Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may be treated as a late cancellation and the session may be forfeited;
Failure to attend within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time may be treated as a no-show and the session may be forfeited; and
If we must cancel, we will offer a new appointment time or a refund for the affected session.
Any unused session must be scheduled and completed within 90 days of purchase unless the product page states another expiration period. Session time cannot be transferred to another person without our written approval.
Coaching communications are handled with care, but coaching is not legally privileged or a substitute for confidential professional care. Sessions will not be recorded by either party without advance consent.
10. Memberships and Recurring Payments
If you purchase a recurring membership or subscription, the checkout page will disclose the billing amount and frequency. By purchasing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
You may cancel future renewals through the cancellation method identified in your account, receipt, or membership instructions. Cancellation stops future billing but does not ordinarily create a refund or prorated credit for the current billing period. You will retain access through the end of the paid period unless the offer states otherwise or access is terminated for a violation of these Terms.
We will provide any renewal notices, cancellation rights, or refunds required by applicable law. We may change a recurring price only after providing any notice required by law and obtaining any consent required for the change.
11. Refund Policy
Because digital products are delivered or made accessible immediately, digital-product sales are final and nonrefundable except when required by law or when we determine that a duplicate charge, failed delivery, or material technical defect warrants a replacement or refund.
Coaching, strategy sessions, courses, workshops, memberships, and community purchases are governed by the refund and cancellation terms stated in these Terms and on the applicable product page. If a product page includes a written guarantee or a different refund period, that product-specific policy controls.
Before purchasing, review the product description, compatibility information, scope, delivery method, and refund terms. Contact us before checkout if you are unsure whether an offer fits your needs.
12. Community Standards
If your purchase includes a community, group program, live event, or interactive feature, you agree to communicate respectfully and protect the privacy of other participants. You may not harass others; post unlawful, discriminatory, threatening, obscene, or infringing material; solicit members without permission; share another participant's personal information; record private conversations; or disrupt the group.
We may remove content or suspend or terminate access for conduct that threatens safety, privacy, intellectual property, or the intended learning environment. When appropriate, we may give notice and an opportunity to correct the conduct. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate removal without a refund, to the extent permitted by law.
13. User Submissions, Feedback, and Testimonials
You retain ownership of original material you voluntarily submit to us. You grant us the limited rights reasonably necessary to review, respond to, display, or deliver the service you requested.
If you provide general ideas, suggestions, or product feedback, we may use them without compensation, but we will not publicly identify you or publish your testimonial, image, private message, or specific results for marketing without permission.
Testimonials describe individual experiences and do not guarantee that another purchaser will receive the same result. Any material connection, incentive, or compensation associated with a testimonial should be disclosed as required by law.
14. Results Disclaimer
We do not guarantee educational, parenting, personal, business, financial, relationship, audience-growth, revenue, or other outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your circumstances, decisions, effort, consistency, resources, implementation, and third-party services.
You are responsible for evaluating whether an idea or recommendation is suitable and for the consequences of your decisions. Examples, case studies, and testimonials are illustrative and are not promises of typical or future results.
15. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Store or our content to violate a law, infringe another person's rights, gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts, transmit malicious code, impersonate another person, interfere with Store operations, scrape or harvest content, or engage in fraud or abusive chargeback activity.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the Company, customers, third parties, or platform integrity.
16. Third-Party Platforms and Links
The Store and our services may rely on or link to Stan Store, Stripe or other payment processors, Zoom, Google Meet, Skool, email providers, AI tools, social-media platforms, and other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
We are not responsible for a third party's availability, content, security, policies, changes, or performance. A third-party interruption does not automatically entitle you to a refund, although we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative when a disruption prevents us from delivering a material part of a paid service.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Store, content, products, and services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.
We do not warrant that all information will be complete, current, or suitable for every family or situation. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homeschool Mom Baddie, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, opportunity, or goodwill arising from the Store, content, products, or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a specific purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to us for that purchase during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
19. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Homeschool Mom Baddie, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Store or content, your infringement of another person's rights, material you submit or distribute, or your material breach of these Terms.
We reserve the right to control the defense of a covered claim, and you agree to provide reasonable cooperation.
20. Notices and Contact Information
We may provide transactional notices electronically through the email address you supply, your customer account, or the Store. Marketing emails are optional and may be unsubscribed from using the link in the message. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop receipts, access instructions, appointment information, or other transactional communications.
Questions, cancellation requests, intellectual-property notices, and support requests should be sent to:
Homeschool Mom Baddie, Inc.
Email: [INSERT CUSTOMER-SUPPORT EMAIL BEFORE PUBLISHING]
For an intellectual-property notice, include your contact information, identification of the protected work, the location of the disputed material, a description of your claim, and any registration or ownership information that supports it.
21. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. Do not send us sensitive information about yourself or your children unless it is reasonably necessary for a requested service and you are comfortable doing so. Use initials or general descriptions where identifying details are unnecessary.
22. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access when you materially violate these Terms, fail to pay required fees, misuse content, threaten another person's safety or privacy, or disrupt a service or community. Termination does not grant a right to copy, retain, distribute, or continue using content beyond the license originally provided.
Sections concerning payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute terms, and any provisions that by their nature should survive will remain effective after termination.
23. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law or the mandatory law of your home jurisdiction applies.
Before filing a lawsuit, you and the Company agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally by written notice describing the issue and requested resolution. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days after notice is received, either party may pursue available remedies in a court of competent jurisdiction in Georgia, unless applicable law gives you the right to proceed elsewhere.
Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek appropriate relief for intellectual-property misuse, unauthorized access, fraud, or an immediate threat to safety.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our offers, operations, platforms, or legal obligations change. The revised version will display a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise. If a material change affects a recurring service, we will provide any notice or obtain any consent required by law.
Your continued use of the Store after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where additional consent is legally required.
25. General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer these Terms as part of a merger, reorganization, sale, or transfer of business assets.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the applicable product page, and any written agreement specifically connected to your purchase constitute the entire agreement concerning that purchase. If a product-specific term conflicts with these general Terms, the product-specific term controls for that offer.
By accessing the Store or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
