  24. Subscription Commitment:

    By subscribing, you agree to a minimum commitment period from the date of your initial subscription. This commitment is in place to ensure the stability of our services and to provide you with a seamless experience throughout the subscription period.

    Your subscription commitment begins on the date of your initial subscription and continues for a period agreed upon. During this time, you will have access to the full range of features and benefits associated with your chosen subscription plan.

    Cancellation of your subscription within the commitment period is subject to the terms outlined in our cancellation policy. Please refer to the cancellation policy section for detailed information on the process, applicable fees (if any), and any other relevant details.

    At the end of the initial commitment period, your subscription will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless canceled. Monthly renewal will continue until you choose to cancel your subscription in accordance with our cancellation policy.

    Billing for the initial commitment period will occur at the time of subscription. Subsequent billing will take place on a monthly basis unless canceled.     After the initial commitment period, you may terminate your subscription at any time with accordance to our cancellation policy. Termination requests should be submitted through the designated channels outlined in the cancellation policy section.

    We reserve the right to modify the terms of the subscription commitment with prior notice to our subscribers. By continuing to use our services after any such modifications, you indicate your acceptance of the updated terms.

    Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients are kindly requested to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests when sufficient notice is given. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. If you cancel or reschedule twice, your appointment will be cancelled permanently and not refunded.

    No Refunds: All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for services provided. We commit to delivering high-quality service and ensuring your satisfaction.     All calls are recorded and may be used for marketing and educational purposes. Client confidentiality is of utmost importance, and any identifying personal details, including face and specific personal information, will not be shared publicly. Voice recordings and text may be used across various platforms to provide insights or highlights from sessions; however, every effort will be made to ensure that the client’s identity remains confidential. By participating, clients consent to the use of these recordings in a manner that maintains their privacy and confidentiality.
