13. Coaching Calls (if included)

If your purchase includes a coaching call:

  • You are responsible for scheduling.

  • Calls are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance by emailing natasha@theceospeaks.com

  • Missed or late cancellations will forfeit the call with no refund.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Natasha James DBA The CEOspeaks, its owners, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees resulting from your use of the site or violation of these terms.
