The Rules and Routines Drawer

Printable classroom rules, routines, procedures, and reset pages for teachers.

Set your classroom expectations before the room becomes a group project with no leader.

The Rules and Routines Drawer is a ready-to-print classroom procedure system designed to help teachers teach expectations clearly, post routines students can actually follow, and create classroom systems that do not require you to repeat yourself until your soul leaves your body.

This resource gives you teacher setup pages, student-facing expectations, classroom rules, routine signs, step-by-step procedure pages, and planning tools for teaching, tracking, reteaching, and resetting routines throughout the year.

Use it to introduce your rules, explain what routines should look and sound like, support student independence, and keep the classroom from turning into “But I didn’t know” theater every time someone needs a pencil, turns in late work, asks for help, or suddenly forgets how transitions work.

Perfect for middle school and high school teachers who want clear procedures, calm systems, and fewer daily reminders shouted across the room like a tired airport announcement.

You agree that you will pay for all products you purchase through the Company. You are responsible for providing a valid payment method and for the timely payment of all fees.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

The Company does not offer refunds for accidental purchases, duplicate purchases, failure to read the product description, change of mind, lack of use, buyer's remorse, technology issues on the customer's device, school or district restrictions, software incompatibility, inability to print, or failure to download or save the file after purchase.

Prices for products offered by the Company may change at any time. The Company does not provide price adjustments, price protection, refunds, credits, or partial refunds in the event of a sale, discount, promotional offer, bundle, coupon, or price reduction.

You are also responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary software, device access, printer access, internet access, and permissions needed to open, download, print, or use the product.

The Company may, at its sole discretion, provide technical support, replacement access, or another reasonable solution if a digital file delivery issue occurs. Providing technical support, replacement access, or another solution does not create a right to a refund, return, exchange, cancellation, or store credit.

You are responsible for downloading, saving, and backing up any digital products you purchase. The Company is not responsible for lost files, deleted emails, expired links, device issues, software incompatibility, school or district technology restrictions, or failure to save purchased materials after delivery.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

Purchased digital products are for the purchaser's personal classroom, individual professional, or personal educational use only, unless a product description or separate license expressly states otherwise. You may not share purchased files with other teachers, departments, schools, districts, online groups, social media groups, file-sharing platforms, or third party platforms unless written permission is granted by the Company.

You may not upload purchased products or Company Content to public websites, shared drives, school-wide databases, course marketplaces, file-sharing sites, social media groups, or any other location where they may be accessed, copied, or downloaded by others without written permission from the Company.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, RELIANCE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGE OR LOSS OF PROPERTY, EQUIPMENT, INFORMATION OR DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, COST OF CAPITAL, COST OF REPLACEMENT SERVICES, CLAIMS FOR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS, CLASSROOM DISRUPTIONS, CURRICULUM ISSUES, STUDENT OUTCOMES, OR TECHNOLOGY PROBLEMS, OCCASIONED BY ANY DEFECT IN THE SITE, THE CONTENT, AND/OR RELATED MATERIALS, THE INABILITY TO USE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED HEREUNDER, OR ANY OTHER CAUSE WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT THERETO, REGARDLESS OF THEORY OF LIABILITY.

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company and each of its members, managers, directors, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or relating to:

(i) your breach of this Agreement;

(ii) any violation by you of law or the rights of any third party;

(iii) any materials, information, works, or other content of whatever nature or media that you post, submit, transmit, share, or provide on or through the Site;

(iv) your use of the Site or any services, products, downloads, or Content that the Company may provide via the Site; and

(v) your conduct in connection with the Site, the services, the products, or other users of the Site.

The Company reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense of any claim for which it is entitled to indemnification under this Section. In such an event, you shall provide the Company with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by the Company.

The provisions of these Terms of Use are for the benefit of the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, third party content providers, licensors, vendors, and service providers, and each shall have the right to assert and enforce such provisions directly or on its own behalf.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You further submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in St. Lucie County, Florida.
