Coaching Disclaimer - My coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. I do not diagnose, treat, or guarantee outcomes.
My role is to provide guidance, tools, and support. Your results depend on your own responsibility and application.
Payments & Refunds - Payment is due before sessions or packages begin. No refunds once a session or package has started. Rescheduling is allowed with 24–48 hours notice. Missed sessions without notice are forfeited.
Session Policies - Please arrive on time. Sessions end at the scheduled time. No-shows are not rescheduled or refunded. First-time clients may receive but are not subject to a follow-up call.
Confidentiality - All coaching discussions remain private and confidential, unless required by law.
Text Coaching Terms - Support available 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM MST. International clients: hours will vary and will be agreed upon between both parties. Responses will be provided throughout the day. Written assessment will be emailed at the end of package.
Client Responsibility -You are responsible for your choices, actions, and results. By booking, you confirm you are mentally fit for coaching and understand progress depends on your participation.
Liability- I am not liable for actions or results taken from coaching.
