By purchasing from The Leverage Loft, a DBA of Edwards Home Group LLC (“The Leverage Loft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
The Leverage Loft sells digital products, including editable templates, marketing materials, guides, graphics, downloads, and other digital resources. No physical product will be shipped unless specifically stated on the product page.
LICENSE & PERMITTED USE
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and customize the purchased product for your own personal or business marketing purposes.
You may edit templates with your own branding, colors, fonts, photographs, contact information, and other business-specific content.
YOU MAY NOT:
• Resell or redistribute the original templates or files.
• Share purchased files or template links with another agent, team, brokerage, business, or individual.
• Upload the templates to another marketplace, membership, template library, or shared resource.
• Give the templates away as your own freebie or lead magnet.
• Sublicense the templates or grant others access to them.
• Claim ownership or authorship of the original Leverage Loft designs.
Each purchase is intended for one purchaser/business unless otherwise stated on the product page.
DIGITAL PRODUCT SALES & REFUNDS
Because our products are digital and access is provided electronically, all digital product sales are final once access has been provided, except where a refund or cancellation is required by applicable law.
Please review the product description carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue accessing a purchased product, contact us so we can help resolve it.
CANVA & THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
Some Leverage Loft products are designed for use with Canva or other third-party platforms. The Leverage Loft is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Canva. Availability, features, pricing, and functionality of third-party platforms are controlled by those providers and may change.
Some template elements may require a Canva Pro account. When applicable, this will be identified in the product description where reasonably possible.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the original designs, written content, templates, graphics, product names, and other materials sold or provided by The Leverage Loft remain the intellectual property of Edwards Home Group LLC and/or their respective rights holders.
Purchasing a product gives you permission to use that product according to these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
MARKETING & EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION
The Leverage Loft provides marketing resources and educational materials. Nothing provided through our products or website should be considered legal, tax, financial, accounting, or brokerage-specific advice.
Real estate professionals are responsible for ensuring that their marketing complies with applicable laws, regulations, fair housing requirements, advertising rules, MLS requirements, brokerage policies, licensing requirements, and local standards.
RESULTS DISCLAIMER
We do not guarantee specific leads, sales, closings, revenue, engagement, social-media growth, or other business results from using our products.
PRICING & AVAILABILITY
Prices, promotions, product availability, and product contents may change at any time. A price change after purchase does not affect a completed transaction.
TERMS UPDATES
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The terms in effect at the time of purchase will govern that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
