This beginner friendly, 1 day intensive training course is designed to teach you the foundations of professional weave sew ins, while giving you the practical experience and confidence needed to create clean, secure and long lasting installs.
Whether you’re starting from scratch or looking to improve your existing skills, this course is designed to help you develop your knowledge, technique and confidence.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Sew In Installation
During your practical training day, you will choose ONE sew in installation technique to learn and complete hands on on a live model.
You can choose from:
• Classic middle part sew in
• Side part sew in
• Flip over sew in
• Faux middle part sew in
• 2 part sew in
Choosing one technique simply determines which installation you will complete hands on with your model during the training day. It does not mean that your course is limited to only that one technique.
Your chosen sew in will be taught in depth during the practical session, including the foundational principles, preparation, braid down, installation, application and finishing process relevant to your chosen style.
The foundational principles you learn during your practical training will help you understand how sew in installations are structured and completed.
As this is an intensive 1 day course, it would not be possible to practically demonstrate and complete every sew in variation and every braid down method within the same session.
Your Pro Sew In Handbook will therefore provide additional guidance, foundational information and instructions for the other sew in variations and braid down methods that we do not have time to demonstrate practically on the day.
This allows you to continue learning, practising and developing your skills beyond the training day.
You will receive both hands on practical training and supporting educational material to help you build a strong foundation in sew in installations.
Styling Techniques
As you will be working on one live model, you will also choose ONE styling technique to learn and complete during your training day.
You can choose from:
• Extreme heavy layers
• Subtle layers
• Face framing layers
Your chosen styling technique will be taught and completed hands on on your live model.
The other styling techniques will not be completed practically on the day. However, your course handbook will provide additional guidance and information to help you understand the different layering techniques and continue developing your skills after your training.
Please note: You will choose one sew in installation technique and one styling technique for your live model. This allows us to dedicate enough time to each technique, provide proper hands on guidance and ensure you are not rushed through the practical training.

WHAT’S INCLUDED
Expert Training
Learn step by step from a qualified hairstylist educator with 7+ years of industry experience.
1 Day Live Model Training
You will complete a full sew in installation on a live model, while receiving step by step guidance throughout the process.
You will have the opportunity to practise your chosen sew in installation technique and chosen styling technique while learning professional styling and finishing techniques throughout the session.
A detailed Pro Sew In Handbook will also be provided, containing additional information, foundational techniques and guidance for you to refer back to during and after your training.
This intensive course is focused primarily on hands on practical learning, allowing you to gain real experience and confidence while working directly on a live model.
Please note: Due to the 1 day format and the fact that you will be working on one live model, not every sew in variation, braid down method or styling technique can be demonstrated practically on the day. The handbook is designed to provide you with additional guidance for these techniques so you can continue learning and practising after your training.
