Here is how we work: I act as a spiritual conduit and translator. While you may come to this session hoping to connect with a specific loved one or ancestor, genuine mediumship means Spirit steps forward on their own terms. I cannot guarantee exactly who will come through during our time together. Instead, my commitment to you is to clearly deliver the exact guidance, clarity, and messages from whoever steps forward for your highest good. Sometimes it is the person you are seeking; sometimes it is a different guide or ancestor who has a more urgent message for your current path.

Come with an open heart, an open mind, and your questions. Whether you are seeking clarity, closure, or simply practical guidance for your next steps, this is your time to receive whatever the other side has prepared for you.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

To ensure the best possible experience for all clients, please observe the following policy regarding tarot readings:

  • Client Lateness: If you are more than five (5) minutes late to your scheduled appointment, and have not rescheduled in advance, your appointment will be canceled and no refund will be issued. Please contact me as soon as possible if you anticipate being late at ZiraLove@themoonstarot.co OR please see below on how to reschedule an appointment.

  • Practitioner Lateness: In the unlikely event that I am more than five (5) minutes late, you will receive a full refund for your reading.

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests with less notice may be accommodated depending on availability but are not guaranteed.

  • Time Zone: All appointment times are listed in Eastern Standard Time (EST). Please adjust accordingly for your time zone.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.

How to Reschedule a Google Meet Appointment

  1. Locate the Calendar Event:

    • Open your Google Calendar (https://calendar.google.com/) or access it through your Gmail.

    • Find the original appointment that included the Google Meet link.

  2. Edit the Event:

    • Click on the event to open it.

    • Click the pencil icon ("Edit") to access the event details.

  3. Change Date and Time:

    • Adjust the date and time fields to your desired new appointment slot.

  4. Notify Guests:

    • Make sure the "Guests can modify event" option is NOT selected so you control the updates.

    • Click "Send" to notify all participants of the change.
