Sometimes, a simple tarot pull or a quick look at your current astrological transits isn’t enough to clear the fog. When you're dealing with stubborn energetic attachments, heavy blocks, or lingering spiritual debris, you need to bring out the heavy artillery.

Consider this the Tower card for your spiritual hygiene. Whether you need a severe cord cutting or a deep spiritual cleansing, authentic rootwork requires precision. I don't do fluffy, one-size-fits-all magic, which is why we start by getting an exact diagnosis of your energetic weather before any hands-on work begins.

How the Process Works

  • Step 1: The Initial Consultation ($25.00) Your upfront booking fee secures a comprehensive review of your spiritual ailment. We will discuss the scope of your request, assess the energetic roots of the issue, and determine the exact course of action needed to fix it.

  • Step 2: The Baseline Rootwork (+$50.00) If I determine that I can effectively take on your case, an additional baseline fee of $50.00 applies to complete the standard rootwork (e.g., targeted cord cuttings, baseline cleansings).

  • Step 3: Advanced Custom Work (+$25.00 Increments) Some energetic messes simply take more elbow grease to clean up than others. If the scope of your requested work goes beyond the baseline, additional charges will apply in $25.00 increments. You will always receive a custom invoice and must agree to the final amount before any further work begins.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

To ensure the best possible experience for all clients, please observe the following policy regarding tarot readings:

  • Client Lateness: If you are more than five (5) minutes late to your scheduled appointment, and have not rescheduled in advance, your appointment will be canceled and no refund will be issued. Please contact me as soon as possible if you anticipate being late at ZiraLove@themoonstarot.co OR please see below on how to reschedule an appointment.

  • Practitioner Lateness: In the unlikely event that I am more than five (5) minutes late, you will receive a full refund for your reading.

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests with less notice may be accommodated depending on availability but are not guaranteed.

  • Time Zone: All appointment times are listed in Eastern Standard Time (EST). Please adjust accordingly for your time zone.

How to Reschedule a Google Meet Appointment

  1. Locate the Calendar Event:

    • Open your Google Calendar (https://calendar.google.com/) or access it through your Gmail.

    • Find the original appointment that included the Google Meet link.

  2. Edit the Event:

    • Click on the event to open it.

    • Click the pencil icon ("Edit") to access the event details.

  3. Change Date and Time:

    • Adjust the date and time fields to your desired new appointment slot.

  4. Notify Guests:

    • Make sure the "Guests can modify event" option is NOT selected so you control the updates.

    • Click "Send" to notify all participants of the change.
